Hi From what I saw on the web, I would go with Couto. Maybe you can share what the doctor is doing in each surgery, meaning are they involved in incisions and hair design only? Or doing some of the extractions \ placements? This can also be a factor to choose a doctor over another

How is he compared to Zareb in using little grafts for maximum results?

Hi I went to HT in my country 5 months, currently, there is a major improvement, but I hope I still didn't get to the final results considering this timeline(?) I was told by each surgeon that examined my in the past that I have a good donor zone, and even sometimes very good. However on the HT day- my grafts count was as follow: 1. Singles 1144 2. Doubles 1615 3. Triples 362 4. Quad 117 The caliber of the hair follicles ranged between medium to fine caliber probably, I have chatain hair color. 1. I'm wondering if any of you had similar low grafts counts in your HT? 2. I will probably be able to consult with Dr. Couto and Zareb, my question is in terms of specialty and my case above- who would you prefer for such case and why? 3. I was told that since I'm norwood 6 (good donor area ~8000), I should go for 8 cm from eyebrows, or the lower hairline can be maximum ~ 7.5 cm. however, since originally I have 6 or 6.5 cm height, I'm a little bit worried with the 8cm option. Should I avoid it (8 cm option) ? Can sombody post 8cm result example?

How can we measure by eye the desity, do you have examples for average hair caliber which is not wavy or curly with 40 FU/cm2 , 50 and 60 I want to train my eye and understand what will suit my expectations. 3. In these two videos although there is an improvment, I cannot understand how this satisfy the patients, I may be missing something but seems like low results for both videos, but the background rock music really cool. @HugoX Wow, seeing this only now, looks like from another FUE universe Was he using beard in the count of 10K grafts extracted? can you attach a picture of the donor zone not shaved to 0, meaning having at least 1,2 cm of hair length? Cheers

@MachoVato, what was making the decision for going Bisanga for second transplant and not as your first surgery? Also is it almost always that we need to do fillups in second transplant to the first procedure, isn't there a relatively dense first round transplant without fixes?

Far as I know, he was considered one of the best till last years, (I believe probably still) I guess it because of his price, else you say to me now his clinic is being operated by low level technicians or doctors.😆 The fact that we have only 5 doctors worldwide that know how to handle Nw6 really surprises me, I may be naive but I hope there more of what we think. If you come into more names of European ones with solid results but legit with less web hype around, please let me know - the results are what counts at the end.
