Hey! I understand you very well. Believe I do. I am now at month 6 and 10 days with Couto as well and I see still quite a medium density. The thing is that I have seen many cases of Couto and I think that the fact that he uses low amount of grafts for big areas makes us the patients to look like its going slow. But It goes well at the end. I think that for 7 months you are looking exactly how you should look. I would be patient and if at month 10 as he said to you you dont feel covered, then book the touch up. But I dont find It will be necessary.

Oh btw the surgery on my donnor done a month and a half ago its going like this: It aint that bad as It looks. If you zoom you can see hairs starting to grow there so It Will probably be covered with no dificulties.

6 month update lets attach some pics here! I can see my right side going a little bit slower than the rest. But Im not concerned since I know this is normal. ok this one Next is a very cruel picture but I'll attach to show the part I see slower: I am Happy so far! For month 6 this looks what It should look in my opinion

Im a fan of dr. Ahmad as well but specially when It comes to giving natural outlooks. I dont like tho that he is too conservative IMO.

Nice! Yes man! I am now 5months and a half from my surgery with him! everything is looking great. I still need more density but for month 5 I believe its going good. I see progress. Just yesterday I had a haircut and my barber told me it is the best hair trainsplant she ever saw in her life. I was like nice cause I still have 6 more months to grow haha. I had the surgery in the old clinic and last PRP on the new one.

Wow you were lucky! getting the appointment and then the cancelation...! haha congrats! I agree with everything you say about Couto. You feel him more like an artist than a surgeon. I like the design. Like it doesnt even look conservative to me. Eager to see your progress here!

By eye. But what an eye! At some point I told him to lower a little bit more some temple closure cause I saw the other one more closed and he did (It was like maybe only 1mm or smth like that) For me the design is the best. My forehead is not the smallest but my head is big. More would have been to much in my opinion.

5 months + 10 days Lets attach some pics with different lighting and both wet and dry hair. I have the feeling of that in the next 2 months this will be already amazing.

Looking good for 6 months! I can see some short and still thin hairs but Im sure that already in 2 months this Will look much fuller. Congrats!

I think the result is excellent. Really excellent. While I understand some people saying that maybe looks thin from some angles I think they are not watching the whole picture here, because if we look at a pic of you of all your head at month 8: We can see that the density of the rest of the head compared with the density of the implanted area is totally matched. And probably that has to do with your type of hair, not with the procedure itselt. Samewise as some can wear a great tupe, but for others is not the best choice. For me as a procedure this is a 10/10, and most important thing is that it also is for you haha.

Amazing!! This looks like a 1 year result. Congratulations. I agree with the other comment, you cant stop now haha. Gotta go for that crown. But only if its done at fuexpert again ofc

4 and a half months I decided to do and update now because of a new course of events. I had a surgery at my donnor in order to remove a small fat tumor (nothing serious at all). I checked this surgery with Couto himself last time I was in his clinic and he gave me Green light to run the surgery. So since I shaved yesterday all my donnor in order to match the hair lenght, right after they removed my suturation points, I thought It would be a good moment to share the donnor shaved at 1 and 2 mms Day after surgery: Today: Today front: As you can see the temples are growing at a decent speed. Although the middle part where I had already density problems its going slow . I wont jump into any conclusions yet, its soon. Plus Couto told me that the middle part may go slower so lets wait. I am concerned though about the donnor. I Hope this recent surgery didnt kill many grafts there, but still is soon to know. I am cleaning the area as I was told and so far It has been going good.

Im sorry to bring It to you but so far its the same team, same number of parients/week and I believe there is no intention to make the team bigger. Its Dr. Couto, Dr Esteban (extraction) and Dr. Torres (helping with implantation). Same as before

Rosa mosqueta from crust removal at day 10 untill second prp (first after surgery) qt day 30. I continued with aloe vera about 2 weeks more or so
