Will taking Minoxidil improve the survival rate of my new grafts?

Hi, I’m 2 months post op. I know this is a question for the clinic, but I would like to hear your opinion also: I’m currently only taking 1mg Finasteride. Will taking Minoxidil improve the survival rate of my new grafts? Should I use liquid or Oral? What will happen if I’ll stop the minoxidil? Currently I don’t experience any hair fall in my native hair. Thanks!
