  1. Are any of these posts recent? If taxi drivers are performing 8 procedures per day, I expect to hear a lot about it. Not just on these forums but everywhere.
  2. Is this just conjecture? How would you actually know all this? I certainly don't think the technicians I seen were taxi drivers. I've definitely seen the hate for clinics in Turkey but rarely seen the evidence to back it up. I have been to see Dr Cinik and his team, I can tell you for a fact that they were more professional than most clinics I had approached in the UK. As for 8 patients a day, that's a wild comment to make. I never seen more than 2 patients per day and I was the ONLY patient the day I had my HT.
  3. Haha! I did this too, I didn't like the hairline being too pointed. Glad you had a good experience, everything looks fantastic.
  4. Damn! This has to be one of the best looking HT's I've ever seen, that hairline is beautiful.
  5. If ever I had hair goals, this would be it. πŸ™πŸ™ŒπŸ˜‡
  6. I mean, if you wanted full coverage then you were always going to need more than one operation. If the goal was to fill out the frontal region, I think it looks pretty good tbh. Where did you get it done and are you planning a second op?
  7. Forgot to mention, had 500 grafts from my beard. Managed to have a wet shave today. I've had no pain or discomfort in the area, actually forgot I had grafts taken from my beard. 6 days post op:
  8. @Deiter Definitely agree that you don't need a HT at all. I would kill for you hair, literally.
  9. Might never stabilise until you intervene with medication.
  10. I always felt pretty bad for Wayne, I'm sure most of us know the anguish of losing our hair but he has been through all this whilst in the public eye. Suppose all that money might help make up for it a little bit. πŸ˜„ At least he's proof of how amazing good concealer can be. πŸ€— Do we know if he actually took Fin/Dut and stuck with it?
  11. Man, what a difference! You definitely look younger. πŸ™ You must feel so much better in yourself. πŸ™Œ
  12. Can't really comment on the singers but a lot of celebrities have had HT's, a lot also use concealer too.
  13. Got any pics to show us? Also, have you tried Dutasteride? I went with Fin originally but it didn't work as well for me, also had some side effects with it.
  14. @GLHF I wanted more in my crown too but I was told it would be too risky and could actually cause more hair loss in that area. I did have some grafts in the crown area but that was just to bulk it out. Your crown looks good though, I would be more than happy if mine turned out like yours, can just imagine how well that area will thicken up over time if it looks that good after just 9 days.
  15. @rabesal Looks like you're having a great result so far. Any pics with your head down so we can see crown area? Personally, I would stick with Fin if I were you, see how you get on. Any gains from Min will stop/reverse once you stop using it.
  16. Honestly I think it looks great, including your crown.
  17. Ahhh I know exactly how you feel. I deliberated about a HT on and off for 5 years, thought of every outcome - good and bad. I think given that you've been taking Fin for a long while before your HT means you won't experience much shock loss, if any. IF you're a NW2, would it be worth you trying other options before having a HT? There's a lot of options out there. Tbh, if I felt content with my hair, I would not have a HT. Content is good, you can probably stay at baseline for a long time. Can we see some pics maybe?
  18. I think it looks like a maturing hairline tbh, best thing would be to have a dermatologist take a look for you but I think you have nothing to worry about. Forget about it for now and go enjoy your youth, you don't wanna be worrying about hair at your age.
  19. Woah! This is incredible, really natural looking too. Fantastic work I think.
  20. @Struggle Glad to hear you're not rushing into anything, definitely wise to know what your options are. I know there are a lot of system wearers out there but I've yet to meet a truly happy one. Good luck with Fin! πŸ˜„
  21. @Melvin-Moderator I'm a big advocate for good quality concealer, I always have my little 3g tub with me and my dabber brush. πŸ˜†πŸ˜
  22. @Struggle Yeah, I tried many different ones. Some felt and looked great, don't get me wrong. As it turns out, nobody around me actually knew I was wearing one, apart from the select few that I told. It was just the mental side to wearing one that I was not prepared for. I think being a hair stylist myself didn't help, I was extra critical of every single strand of hair on the system, I've done custom cut-ins for people and used to cut my own systems too from time to time but mainly had someone else cut mine whilst I was wearing. IF you decide to go ahead and need any advice, I've got a lot of tips I would share with you. It's a really big mental shift when you start wearing a system and nothing can prepare you for that.
