Reading @California’s comments and trying my best not to laugh. Can any reader on here EVER think that if a representative that legit REPRESENTS a clinic/Dr does an illegal/unethical thing, that the said Representative should get blamed and the clinic/dr’s office doesn’t? Especially considering he’s still employed by this said clinic/dr? lol.. how old do you have to be to be this naive? As I said earlier, low level employees and high level executives have been fired for writing much less on their personal Facebook/social media pages because they REPRESENT the company even if it has NOTHING to do with the business. this is not only directly related to the business, so it only makes it much worse. I find it baffling, and you can tell the lack of professionalism based on this type of thinking. anyways, other readers on here can judge for themselves. I’m not calling for the doctor to be removed so let’s pause on that.. I’m calling for better protection from unbiased reviewers. suspending a username doesn’t protect as you don’t need a username to view posts on here. I’m happy to see @Melvin-Moderatoris making an effort and taking both sides into consideration as he should.

Very nice result! as others have said.. pretty brave if you to go to a random clinic. Thank god they did a good job. rock it! -
People have gotten fired for a lot less.. I mean in this day and age, people have gotten fired for just posting certain things on their personal social media accounts because they REPRESENT the company they work for.. im sorry if the truth hurts.. I call a spade a spade. again I’m not asking for the doctor to be removed I’m just expecting better protection to other forum users on here to post unbiased results.

Also.. you don’t need a username to view the forum.. so I’m not sure how banning a username helps this cause.. how in the world does that prevent this from happening again or to another patient? im so confused. I don’t follow the logic. perhaps privating the forum and having a probationary period before full viewing privileges would help.. either way that just makes you think twice about using the forum if no action gets done..

I’m not asking him to get removed. I’m just stating a suspension of an account doesn’t solve this issue at all.. and that perhaps something else should be done. maybe a sticking this forum or something.. I have no idea.. it just feels like a light tap on the wrist, especially when the crime potentially could’ve gotten him fired.. that’s just so unprofessional and pathetic.

No. This is sole responsibility on the clinic. The rep doesn’t represent himself and thus action should be taken upon the clinic not against a username that is irrelevant as you don’t need to be a member on this forum to figure out who the patient is. what a ridiculous thing to think. the point is to discourage this type of behavior. You make an example of this so other clinics understand the gravity of the situation.

Ok.. this is where I need clarification and something needs to be done about this. you said you are against refunds because NDA are attached to them. I agree with this. HOWEVER, the same logic applies to having a rep of a clinic reach out to a patients boss to hush them out. THIS CANNOT BE LET GO. I have no quarrel in this fight but ethically I can’t stand by and just lurk. please Melvin, take action as you stated on an earlier post you want to make it safe for patients posting their results without concern of backlash. this is your chance to prove it. it can’t be something light.. just suspending an account or expelling is not enough IMO.. as it doesn’t stop it from happening again. The patients have to be protected period. if Dr Bhatti doesn’t want to give a refund, fine. That’s not the problem here though. This is just unacceptable.

I think both you and @Melvin-Moderator have a point. While it is anyone's choice at the end of the day, it is important to not go on a slippery slope of imperfections, that may be based on a 'grass is always greener on the other side' type of mindset. I have no bone to pick in this fight, but while it is important to be happy with one's self, sometimes there may need to be other's input that would 'hype' up their confidence levels. At the same time, I hate it when people tell me 'oh you still have hairs', 'oh you look good with a buzz look', or 'you're still handsome without hair' so I completely get and agree with the notion that you do the surgery for yourself. There needs to be balance, just like everything else in life IMO.
