  1. Awesome! thanks for the answers. I do wish I could be there until day 7, but unfortunately, I can't. I'll just have to hope my wife can help with the first wash with their video that they put up
  2. Im not sure if I can take off for that long. Being in Finance, I have to rush right back for my entries, recon, etc.. Such is the profession I guess.. and besides the 4-5 days, the next time that I would be available would maybe be after 6 months. Its either now or then unfortunately.
  3. Oh I love flying! So Im not too concerned about that.. I was just curious if people get up and keep spraying their donor/grafts in the bathroom every couple of hours or something.. lol Not really sure the process behind that.
  4. Hey all, SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO anxious and nervous about this. This is my first HT procedure. Joined these forums during covid before all the hype of Eugenix started and had my eye on them from the beginning. A little background -Age: 35 -Hair loss stage: NW6 I never really kept track of my hair loss and never really cared for my hair. Was never on any medication. I maybe applied Rogaine once or twice literally(wasted the whole bottle by not using it). I was just not very educated on restoring hair and never really did any research about it. I always have been told from the age of 26-27 that I was losing hair and was recommended at the age of 27-28 to use Rogaine. At that moment, I brushed it off and said if I need to, I'll just get a hair transplant. So the idea of having one has always been on my mind, just never knew the science behind it or how scammy the industry can be. Fast forward to 2018-2019, one of my uncles did a whopping 10k grafts from some guy in India for $1/graft, and claimed to have done celebrities there. I was excited and wanted to do the same. I got quoted the same 10k grafts by him as well lol.. which is funny thinking about it now. I was focused on doing the HT surgery with him. Then covid started and I found this forum. I started reading on results, and then I thought to myself why am I restricting myself to just Mumbai (which is where the guy is located in, and my family as well). Being of Indian origin, I thought why don't I open myself to all of India for the best Indian doctors, and that's when I stumbled upon Eugenix w/ Dr. Sethi & Bansal. After watching countless videos from JT and Matt Dominance on YT about Eugenix, I said ok! this is it. During this time two of my uncles were considering HTs but in Turkey because it was cheap and included a holiday lol they thought I was silly and overdoing my research about it. Eh, like I told them.. If my HT is a failure, I'll kick myself if its done in turkey but ill be fine if its done in india because it was my choice and after I did my research. ok, now that I got that out of the way, I got my emedical visa approved, and dates set for mid nov. have a few questions I hope some of you can help me with. My flight back is Business class, and its for a total of 16 hrs. -What would I need to do while in plane? -Heard you have to keep spraying your grafts, do you also spray your donor? -Are you allowed past security with it? -What kind of pain can I expect post surgery? -Does your scalp feel a tingly sensation or do you have an itch to scratch it? -Any shampoo I should use prior? -How often should I use shampoo post? -What kind of clothes should I pack? What should I wear on surgery day/post? flight back? -Do you get stares (specifically for non-foreigners)? -Best advice you wish you got when you did your HT? - One thing you did that you wish you had known about prior to your HT? TIA all! so excited!!!
  5. I mean hes not wrong.. the issue would be if the techs rotate out the door like they do in Turkey.
  6. this is the one true time where im happy about my hairy genetics. Thank you, my ancestors! I have intense thick chest hair and pretty long leg hair and arm hair (although not thick compared to my chest).
  7. Speaking of which, how long was your flight back? Did you change the bandage?
  8. Hey! Leaving from Houston! Cowboys suck Scheduled for Nov 16 @ gurgaon loc w/ Dr. Bansal!
  9. Hey all! So I have a procedure book for November, and I was wondering what questions I should ask my surgeon pre/post surgery regarding care/growth/products to use, etc? Im sure some of you that have done a HT, have probably made a list of questions that you asked your surgeon, would be useful to share it. TIA!
  10. Results start to shine doesn’t mean new grafts sprout. it can also mean the hair thickening…
  11. do u have to do all the blood tests prior (2 weeks before, etc) or can we do it there?
  12. Yup, I have the same package deal that you chose. With Dr. Bansal. , and I would love to have this hairstyle/cut post HT lol
  13. @Karan Chawlahope everything goes smoothly. Im going there in a couple of months. Am I able to be on my phone while they perform the surgery? Wifi accessible?
  14. agreed. 6 month onwards is where results start to shine. Here's to an amazing result!!
  15. Well im glad im a N6, and my hairstyles are skin fades.. so im not too concerned about overharvesting, as ive read only 2 threads on here saying that with 1 of them saying it was shock loss after all.. Both however raved highly of the growth on top. Got it scheduled for later this year. But yes, do post.
  16. Hey all, I've recently noticed a handful (if even that) posts on here reporting overharvesting on the donor side for Eugenix. IMO, I do think it's a small sample, and my opinion of Eugenix is still 'the best bang for your buck.' I have set up an appointment with them later this year and will be posting progress pics and a thread. My question is related to the post HT haircuts.. I usually get skin fades, do the FUE scars/marks show and if so after how many months does it begin to heal/become unnoticeable?
  17. Thanks all for the responses. Im just waiting to hear back from them before scheduling. Siked! I also have an uncle who just recently went to Turkey and has been trying to get me to join and do it there lol He's raving high praise about Cosmedica. lol
  18. Hey all, I have a couple of questions to those specifically who flew from US to India with Eugenix: 1. Which kind of Visa did you apply for, and timeline/fees? 2. Who arranges shuttle, and how did you find it upon landing @ Delhi? 3. How many days were you there for? Being Indian myself, I dont see a problem getting the visa, but I havent been to India in like 22 years!! So just curious what others- indian origin and not, went through.
  19. Prices should be online per package. However the sales reps may offer a discounted rate for a few grafts, based on what package you choose. And a deposit is required to lock in that rate. I paid my deposit like 3-4 months ago and now patiently waiting for that damn covid vaccine to come out so India can open up and I can plan my trip.
  20. I’m so jealous of those that have went durin covid.. is India even opened? I live in US lol
  21. If you want the hairline lower they won’t do it?
