    There’s a risk everywhere you go. Every clinics getting bad results these days even the doctors.

    He’s probably a good surgeon. But look at the hair he is working with don’t get your hopes up that your gona get a result like this guy. not everyone has thick luscious hair like Spanish people.

    Give the lad a beak lads for goodness sake. If he wants to go for surgery let him go it’s his life and his head, He obviously does not want to spend his twenties bald. HLC are not cowboys they wouldn’t work on him unless they knew he would be ok for the future. I’m 25 and I’ve had 2 hair transplants Already best decisions I ever made. Will I be ok in 20 years? maybe not I dunno il jump that hurdle when it comes. My advice is defo get the surgery done but go on finasteride and minoxidil aswell.

    Honestly that is the best transplant I have ever seen. How do u get such good results and others go to the same clinic and get no growth. I just don’t understand how a ht is such a hit and miss surgery baffles me.

    get on finasteride asap you still have a good amount of hair to save, trust me on this. then get a transplant in a year or two.

    Hey man I think it’s a good result you were basically full bald beforehand. You have to be realistic when you have that degree of hair loss also you used beard grafts aswell. Also i agree with Egy that the wet product makes your hair looks thinner so maybe try something different to style. Maybe a small top up when you do the crown aswell and you should be in a good position.

    @Melvin-Moderatorfue capiliar is a very good clinic only do one patient a day get good results. Recommended on international hair loss forum.
