  1. Here is the direct link, it’s a bit pricey but this bundle does include 10 extra cartridges for you.
  2. ASMED provided a bottle to me for my post-op and I used it liberally every 15-30 minutes the first 3-4 days post-op, i believe it helped but obviously can’t say conclusively. I think I may have read that ASMED changed their post-op protocol with ATP spray since my HT though.
  3. Fair points in your video, Doc, but came off a bit promotional in my view. I believe in personal responsibility, it’s up to individuals that are interested in any procedure to do their homework to avoid the pitfalls and cons out there....But, no, FUE is not dying, in my view, globally, it’s light-years ahead volume-wise compared to FUT, that’s not to say in the best of HT FUT Surgeons hands, that you won’t get a great result with FUT.
  4. I haven’t much looked into the difference between the A6 & the A7, pretty happy with the A6 but will check it out, keep us updated on if you like it better and why.
  5. Thanks! I stick to buying the 12-needle replacement cartridges, as I think it helps not to harm or pull out/cut any of my HT or native hairs. I normally use a cartridge 3-4 times/sessions and soak it in rubbing alcohol after each session until the next and have no issues, I could possibly get away with using the same cartridge another extra 1-2 sessions but they are about $0.80-1.00 usd each when buying in bulk so not soo expensive.
  6. Hi Downside first, you hair loss is pretty advanced with a pretty large area to cover. Upside, you couldn’t possibly loose more hair and your donor looks good and maybe consider a FUT to maximize your grafts and coverage, if not then an FUE concentrating on your frontal 1/3 area with a mature hairline design with SMP is reasonable and could get you were you want to be but do lots of research on patients similar to yours. Good Luck
  7. Yup, growth looks to be improving since your previous photos. 👍🏻
  8. The only HT docs in Arizona that come to mind for me are Dr Alexander and Dr Keene.
  9. IMHO, looks pretty decent wet actually and your temple peeks look really good, seem to be improving too. I think I might have recommended to you before...but I would get on the microneedling/Minoxidil foam/Nizoral train to see if you get more improvement for that before your planned 2nd ht...since you have time, any gains from microneedling will be better for your limited donor grafts left to be better prioritized by whichever doc you go to, just my honest suggestion.
  10. More a “snake oil” bs product....although, I hope the deed to the Brooklyn Bridge they sold me is legit! 🤣
  11. Ah cool 👍🏻 Well im looking forward to seeing how it goes whether you go back to ASMED or accepted by Couto.
  12. That’s interesting...and not as bad a wait as I had read. Yes, his videos and results are extremely impressive although you have to keep in mind that his results of the patients he posts all seem to be of similar dark thick (Spanish?) hair characteristics but I think it would be great to see if and how he would add to your current results.
  13. It is very fascinating how the body heals...funny enough....I have also seen up-close a slightly similar burn healing hair regrowth case...myself actually haha Back when I was very young, around 11-12 years old I accidentally knocked over my mother scorching hot clothing iron with my left forearm, the burn band from the iron area was soooo bad and the amount of layers of skin that came off was very bad and I recall it was very bloody and probably to down to between the epidermis and dermis. I did not alert my parents and hid the injury from them, I decided to resolve it myself by going to the local drugstore and buying boxes of medical gauze, rubbing alcohol, wrap bandage. It was painful and the pain lasted months, and each time I changed the bandage it was still bloody and hadn’t healed, as barely a teenager and always out biking hanging out with friends the bandage would always be roughed up, and it was tough to handle it at school the burning pain was awful and hard not to think about... it literally took a year + to decently heal, after many boxes of gauze. When it finally did heal the burn skin area was bare of any hair and I thought it would be like that forever and just a huge bare scar on my forearm.....thankfully another year or so passed and new hair grew back in the scar and the skin fully recovered. So when the scientist behind the WnT pathway and wounding discovered that wounding can trigger new hair growth...that led to the founding of the company Follica and their methods I knew they were on to something that was genuine as my awful burn wounding on my forearm did grow new hair. Photo is of my left forearm today...It is very difficult even now for me to try and find the huge 1.5”x 3” rectangular scar as I have to push the hair aside and look real close in bright lighting.
  14. I believe I have seen this too and the photos, can’t recall if I saved it somewhere.
  15. Isn’t the wait 2-3 years just for an in-person consultation with Dr Couto...and another year or so for a procedure IF he accepts you?
  16. Are you using Minoxidil after or taking Finasteride as well?
  17. Very nice progress for this early stage! Keep at it! 👍🏻
  18. How biotech companies took a deadly very cheap 18th century rat poison and mixed it with some saline solution and sell it to gullible people at outrageous markups to get temporarily rid of their wrinkles and freeze their face is mind boggling to me, and now the turn to marketing to men for hair...just genius.
  19. A hair clinic in Miami that uses ARTAS robot for HT’s, advertises a lot on social media but never seen any before and afters of any patients. IMHO, avoid robotic HT’s.
  20. The amount of trolls (marketing teams?) on hair loss forums that I’ve seen continually argue over the years that the side effects only affect such a very small percentage and anyone believing otherwise is loopy and it’s the “placebo effect” and that it’s all just in their dumb head. Just plain Bullshit!
