    For those who are interested, here are some photos of my hair with a tiny bit of toppik i must say that the operation has changed my life. I no longer worry about my frontal forelock and thinning mid scalp looking weird / stupid yes there are a couple of elements of the hair transplant I have been worried about such as the thin areas behind the hairline , overuse of sonar capacity etc, but how much can I expect with dark hair and light skin?

    Thanks Mikey sometimes my hair looks good and other times it doesn’t really . I can have serious bad hair days depends which way my hair is waving or curling . Here is a photo inside and combed forward .

    9 month update my hair is a little longer now and I am happy with how my hair looks, especially when I put a little toppik. I have posted photos of different lighting and combinations of dry and wet. Some photos is during my jog too which I think still looks ok finally I’ve posted photos of my hair before , so you can see how crap my hair was to begin with. After all, I do have dark hair and pale skin any questions let me know, appreciate your comments

    You would also expect the transplanted area to have similar density all over . Of course there will be areas where the density isn’t as much as elsewhere, but I am seeing on a few cases density decent on one side and poor on the opposite . There should be better density in asmed compared to other clinics due to the high graft numbers (one of the reasons I went there) how does the warranty work if they have now turned into a full blown mill and we don’t want to go back there ?

    Guys i hope I am wrong but your worries are the same as mine, mine is probably worse actually. Coorinator keeps saying I have time.m to improve. I’ve requested to talk to the Dr not sure what we can do. I assume we all went to the old clinic. How does the warranty work now that they have changed their working practices , have more surgeries a day and results have taken a plunge in quality ?

    Most balding people’s hair looks crap under harsh light. If I was going to stay inside and away from light bulbs I could’ve saved thousands and not needed a hair transplant !

    8.5 month update hair maturing , but still thin behind hairline which means I cannot really style my hair , I use toppik to go out . i don’t think I can see any new sprouts i try not to think too much about it , clinic have said it looks on track but doesn’t help how I feel really. I have asked to talk to Dr Erdogan, or have photos of results like mine after 9ish months which turned out well to compare but they cannot provide due to data protection. I have been told by a well known critic online that I’m lucky it’s not worse (whatever that means !) what is getting to me is that fact I had 1000 grafts implanted in the crown where there was a little bit of miniaturisation but I had only Just started propecia. I don’t think this was best use of grafts same with the temple triangles . Surely I should have got the hairline and behind hairline perfect before worrying about them? And blending the front in with the back rather than beefing up the back . How much can you think about it in 10 minutes though ?! feel free to comment and feed / reduce my paranoia

    Hello mate Sometimes I wish I didn’t get temple triangles or crown done and just did the front where I was bothered about and left other areas to the future if I needed I had only been on propecia for 6 months. Maybe the crown would have improved and didn’t need 1000 grafts . the hairline design is good (well i’m happy). Just worries about behind the hairline and confused as to why it isn’t dense (bald in patches) as we spent time on the coverage calculator machine. I thought the coverage calculator would work out density required based on characteristics . Perhaps the total graft count should have been estimated AFTER the coverage calculator , as from what I remember it was after the discussions with the Dr and after I had paid the cash

    Hey Payam, the difference is amazing, from where I started I now have had that can look good . I currently use fibres to make it look better the main issue is behind hairline and bright lights . How i I comb my hair makes a big difference . I cannot spike my hair or have a quiff yet

    Poor guy, I’m starting to get really worried about my result too. I am told by clinic that it takes time and all will be good. My new coordinator sounds like a nice guy , but he isn’t a hair transplant specialist. We paid a lot of money , so I feel as though we at minimum should be allowed to speak to the surgeon or head tech . We all did research, we all checked the results before we went , we all made an educated decision to go to Asmed. What has changed ?

    Not really. Don’t think anyone would say negative really so it’s hard to tell. Perhaps at like 4 months someone asked me if will get thicker and I responded “I hope so”

    Well I use fibres at the moment since I cut my hair , and people have given only positive comments . I am told it has taken 10 years off me, that it looks natural

    All, yes my hair doesnt look look the best without product and in direct light , but inside and with a little fiber it looks really good, and I receive comments every day on how well it looks. I live on London so don’t usually have to worry about direct sunlight . Plus I literally put a sprinkle of fiber in the morning and that’s it this is hair in harsh light. I used hair fibres yesterday and didn’t wash my hair plus I have been wearing a hard had
