  1. For such a set up to work we would need the following : stop and hold points - at what intervals does the Doctor enter the surgery room to check on the works being carried out ? What does he check when he comes in? What do they do on the event of poor quality being found during surgery ? are there hold points more frequently for new technicians or is it the same for all? Is it another surgeon or senior technician doing these checks ? if it’s another surgeon / technician are they IAHRS accredited or approved by this site ? Can we ask the clinic for a detailed description of their QA procedure . Perhaps the site should already have this if they are approved . Has the. QA procedure changed or been updated since they took on more patients ?
  2. I find it difficult to understand how they can maintain quality . How can you review each graft on a screen like that
  3. Here’s another . My nail is probably about 1cm2 so the hairline density doesn’t seem bad. It’s behind the hairline that I have an issue with but this can only be seen when my hair is short or when I try to spike my hair
  4. This looks quite good mate I would be happy , regardless of surgeon
  5. Gutted mate very similar to mine with less density behind hairline , but I don’t think behind the hairline was planted so dense either .
  6. It’s like Brexit all over again. Moderators : let’s hold a vote . We should call it Asmexit
  7. Propecia every day rivita shampoo Monday to Friday making sweet love every day
  8. Wet and combed back hair in natural daylight as you can see the hairline is a lot denser than the mid scalp where I still have density issues. These cannot be noticed when hair dry and might still improve
  9. Hello mate thanks for taking an interest im not even sure if they are “issues” . I didn’t have unrealistic expectations and knew the style of my hair would effect the illusion of density But yes, behind the hairline can look crap if the wind catches it and I assume it won’t look as good if I cut my hair shorter . The clinic said I still have time for improvement.
  10. For this who care: another one one of my hair outside loving my my new head of hair!
  11. Hello mate. I’m no expert but I would say it isn’t going to improve that much. I would point out that it probably isn’t as bad as you think it is. With another 2000 grafts you will be sound .
  12. I say a tiny bit of toppik and style as you wish
  13. Yes I’m using meds i know that hair transplants don’t halt balding ! Sometimes i I think of it was low density across the whole scalp it would look better as it would blend in. Now I have a beefed up crown and thin front . I dont think I needed crown work. This has made me question the ethics of the Dr to be honest. Did he really want to beef up my crown (knowing I’d just started meds) or did he want to squeeze another £3000 out of me. I honestly think it was latter.
  14. Not much else I can do really is there it has changed my life, with a bit of fibre my hair looks perfect . It’s just those bald spots behind the hairline. I don’t even think my grafts haven’t grown. Most of them have grown, just the areas behind the hairline weren’t planted as dense .
  15. Went for a hair cut today and asked the barber to keep it long on top and short on the sides im sure it’s getting better, but I still have those bald patches behind the hairline .
  16. I hear ya. It hasnt really helped (lots of negative comments ) i understand why, but it doesn’t help me who is constantly tracking my progress . The positive comments help. So thank you.
  17. Dude not cutting my hair . Let it grow . Going for the hippy look. i barely change my underpants and socks let alone trim my eyebrows Chris
