If beard hair has so many drawbacks, why does eugenix seem to utilize it in most of their surgeries rather than depleting the traditional donor first?

I consulted with Hasson in person. I told him I was using minoxidil for several years and he was def against minoxidil. He said both him and his techs noticed that patients using topical minoxidil had a lot of collagen loss in their skin. They would get patients where the skin would be “thin” so when slits were created, they would have to space them further apart otherwise the slits would fall into one another. I was def thrown off by this comment as he’s the only doctor that has voiced this to me.

Personally, I think u need to go to a crown expert and not worry too much about the technique or whether or not they do long hair fue. Crown restorations are much more difficult than hairlines but some of the best crown results I’ve seen are coming from doctor wong and Lorenzo. There are a few konior cases that have popped up here that are impressive as well. I have a different outlook on the Long hair and bad hairstyle aspect of hts. Yes, the recovery sucks really bad. But by shaving your hair down you are helping the doctor match the hair angles as best as possible and a Temporary nuisance is worth long term results (imo).

Did your doctor create the pre made slits with sharp end of the implanter? It was done to make up for popping right?

How many more grafts did your lady surgeon say you have left?

That’s a decent run on fin especially since you started losing hair younger. Is it the standard 1mg dose? You had over 5k grafts just for the hairline and temples?

Thoughts on silica, more specifically the product called biosil? The company that makes it actually performed a decent study (you can argu it’s flawed since they funded it) that showed it helped a good amount with increasing collagen production.

2500 for the front seems like a lot. I’d go with your gut on this one. Asmed recently got removed from recommendation here so interpret that as you will. I’ve *heard* they do a lot of graft splitting which is why their numbers are so high. I’d say asmed def uses higher graft numbers than most

Usually a dislodged graft will bleed a good amount. And like everyone has been saying, one graft lost out of your entire surgery will make no visual impact.

Finasteride is considered the most effective therapy for stopping/slowing mpb. Is there specific reasons why u can’t use it? topical finasteride in the form of a special compounded liposomal gel has been shown to be effective in some studies but it’s very pricey.

Didn’t you post this same question before? You need to ask diep, none of us are dermatologists here. A poster on your other thread said it might be transected hairs that may be growing back which sounds reasonable but your doctor or dermatologist would be able to help.

Are you serious? You haven’t logged in for almost a year and u decide to come back just to comment on a cinik post? All your post history is about cinik as well so stop trying to play it off as “we’re just trying to share our experience.” You obviously have an agenda. I have a friend of mine that did not have a good result with cinik. He was very unhappy. Ciniks reps scour forums like these. He was offered a full refund to remove his pictures and story.

I think what a lot of people fail to see is that trump has maintained his same hairstyle for the last 30+ years. Just look at his pictures from back then. He def has had some work done with 80s tech, whether it be a scalp reduction or flap. His ex wife even wrote a piece about his hair procedure in her book. But I have a feeling his unique hairstyle is more his choice rather than trying to hide something.
