  1. Hey spyk, how is the crown looking? Can you give a more focused picture of that. I have a procedure for my crown to get finished scheduled with dr diep so I’m curious.
  2. Hey spyk, do you have a more focused picture of the crown???
  3. Looking good spyk!! Can you send a more focused picture on the crown? I’m just interested to see how that has come along
  4. Hi Spyk - do you have photos of your progress?
  5. Hey Spyk - how is the progress coming along?
  6. Yea I started taking Minoxidil (I believe 2 weeks after the procedure) and Propecia after as well. I was VERY hesitant about taking propecia because I have researched it and have come across horror stories. However, I have been on it for about 4 months now, and I have had zero side effects, haven't noticed anything wrong about it.
  7. 4 months post op. I am starting to see some growth no doubt. It isn't as dense when I am outside, but it is still really early. I have to go see dr diep soon so I am going to make sure I get my pre op pictures from him so I can post them here.
  8. So I am just over 3 months post op (sorry I have bed head in this picture haha). I think I am actually starting to experience some growth, maybe not much but a little bit, I can't tell completely. But I feel like the hair looks better from the last picture I put up. I never really experienced shock loss at all and my numbness is completely gone. So far everything seems to be going alright, hopefully I start getting growth in the next few months.
  9. I had my hairline, but I was really lacking density. After we talked about different options, I decided to do the front and then take care of the crown later.
  10. I am a month and a half post op. Donor area is completely undetectable, no one has noticed or have commented on anything. I luckily have had no shock loss that I have noticed so all the native hair is still in tact. I believe most of the transplanted hair has fallen out. Everything is going as expected right now. Hopefully in two months or so, I will start noticing some transplanted hair growing in. I will keep you all updated.
  11. Yea, I essentially have no redness. I have pretty olive / tan skin so I think my skin works well with the healing process. Yea, I know it will take a few months before I see improvement. I am honestly not worried about it because before I know it, it will be over and the hair will start to grow.
  12. I dont have that any good before photos, but Dr. Diep took quite a few so I am going to get those pictures and put it on here soon.
  13. Here is 3 weeks post op, I am actually one month out today, but this is my most recent pic. I will post another one in a few more weeks. One of the things that gave me the most anxiety about getting a HT was people noticing after it had first gotten done. But after 11-12 days, everything was healed and it simply looks like I buzzed my head. The donor area does not look like I had any operation done, and the only comments that I have gotten about my head are "oh cool you shaved your head." So I am glad no one detected it. I have had no pain whatsoever throughout the process, i have slight numbness on the top of my head, but it is going down every day. The only thing that sucked about the entire process was having to sleep sitting up the first two days, but it goes by fast. I had a decent amount of hair in the front, and I think that is all that remains. I feel like most of the transplanted hair fell out or atleast a lot of it has. Everything has gone as planned so far. Hopefully I get some good growth.
  14. I am one that has never had any side effects. 1 mg a day. Have not noticed any side effects. I overall have a pretty healthy lifestyle though. I workout everyday, eat very healthy, don't smoke or drink so all that may contribute to having no anxiety or sexual disfunctions.
