Quite honestly, what are u guys trying to do .. it’s someone’s hair man .. n his hair is better than urs .. so chill out n relax dudes ..it’s one thing to say stuff n want to critique .. but at the same time think about what u saying ? What’s ur purpose ? R u trying to make him feel bad? His little bald area on the side is a lot better than ur norwood 5-6 u been living with .. just cuz u got some coverage on ur head now don’t mean it looks good . It’s just better than what u had before .. so relax . N stop being keyboard warriors .. We growing hair here bro .. it’s a struggle .. the last thing anyone want is for others to be negative about it when the growth has just begun .picking on little minor details , when the main result is the most important .. but I do agree . Doctor diep could of planned the extraction better .. but do u want him to do it or the tech ? There’s a reason he gets more coverage with less grafts ..

BLD has a failed transplant before that left his donor fukked up .. if he’s able to get his hairline fixed with 1700 grafts , n repair what the first transplant wasnt able to achieve .. It’s a success .. ur growth looks great right now bld.. n ur native hair looks strong n full ... I think u going to have a great result man .. I’m pretty sure of it actually by looking at ur pics n progress .. best wishes :)

Hahah Jj.. khong cac duoc 😛 But nope .. I doubt it if there will be 6 more months of growth .. that’s what the clinics what us to think .. I think I have 2 more months for any new sprouts .. but thickening of new hair is definitely coming.. because technically , transplanted hairs will go into a rest phase .. which lasts 3-4 months .. so if u transplanted n shed after month 1 or 2 .. unless the transplanted hairs got fukked up somehow or lacking blood supply ,, the majority of them should be sprouting around month 4-6.. with a few sprinkles of new hair in months 7-9.. But remember , even if u don’t see it with the naked eye .. they either sprouted or not by then .. good thing I have the 15x magnifying Mirror so I know what to expect .. I’m just an average person with average hairloss .. so what u see from me should be the average results of most patients that goes to a top doc .. that’s why I documented this from beginning n not wait for results to be great before posting . Y’all helped me . So I’m helping y’all .. Overall, it’s been worth it so far .. only thing I don’t like about a hair transplant is the cost .. damn $20,000 yo .. but u know what .. it’s kinda worth it .. i was getting older n on the decline . N stressing about future hairloss . But fixing the hairline does wonders to frame them face n give u a fresh start .. but also just important is propecia., ive been on it for 1.5 years now n seeing the benefits of it . Hey y’all thanks for the support .. I’m here right now at my homegirls bar grand opening .. n this is the first time I’ve been around a lot of people in the daytime without a hat for awhile .. n no one can tell I had anything done No one staring at my hairline n stuff .. n nope I don’t put anything in my hair .. no gel or anything .. the transplanted hair is thick so it sticks up naturally .. so I don’t need to comb it much I just use my hands and slick it back .. this pic right here is after 2 ipas n a sake bomb at lunch time 😛 . It’s a grand opening of a bar ; so couldn’t help it so I’m heka red n sweaty ., but hair don’t look too bad ..

Hey y’all .. 6 month update .. I’m just starting to not wear a hat anymore .. The hair is growing well enough .. I think about 70% have sprouted.. it’s all about hair maturing N growing longer n thicker now .. there is still some problem areas in the mid n right temple .. but I hope that will fill in .. other than that i think things will be successful enough .. but I’m still holding H&W to the 90% growth they promised me .. Even though I won’t be looking for a refund or nothing .. n I probably wouldn’t want to go back for a refinement n stuff .. I’m not a perfectionist .. I just want to be comfortable n confident in my own skin .. im just glad I didn’t get a pluggy hairline .. or prolonged redness n bumpy skin .. those were my biggest fears .. here some pics .. top 3 is today when hair is good in office lighting n one in the car .. the last 1 is not so good lighting n a bit see through .. n is what I hope will improve when hair thickens up ..

I suggest u follow ur doctor . All the clinics have their own methods that works for their patients .. n it’s best u follow it so They can’t blame u for things .. Like a lot of clinics give u a saline spray to keep ur reciepient moist every 1-2 hours for the first 1-2 days.. while others don’t .. n want to let the body heal naturally .. Just keep it clean though .

R u taking a shower everyday ? It’s important to keep ur scalp clean .. u can still wash ur hair without touching them n dislodging them .. i shampooed my native hair , the top n back .. n scrub it a little bit with shampoo to get some of the soap suds then I tapped the suds onto the recipient , so the soap can clean n keep the recipient area moist n clean .. I leave it like that for 5-10 minutes , after that I let the shower head hit the top of my head n let the water flow down to the recipient area .. its important to be hygienic ..

Looks good shook .. it looks good n dense .. u have the same hairloss as I did when I went to dr diep for my consultation .. n that’s almost exactly the same hairline he drew for me .. n I think it looks good .. keep us updated on ur progress . Main focus now is to keep the recipient area clean n not dislodge the grafts by putting pressure on them .. I think u should get a great result .. u a young buck , with thick Asian hair .: that grows fast .. best wishes ..

Hey thanks for the thread Dazed .. I appreciate the experience n insight.. I just turned 40 myself n worry about what I would look like in my 50-60.. I’m like u ,, I didn’t start my hairloss till late .. was still a norwood 1 at 37.. n most definitely I will still worry about my hair when I’m in my 40- 50s.. I probably won’t make it to 70 so I don’t look that far ahead .. heheh .. n don’t mind JJ51702.. it’s always the bald ugly guys that’s grouchy about life n try to put their negative energy onto others..

I say u should start researching the top tier hair transplant surgeons on this website .. n get as many consultations as possible .. and start saving up $10,000+ to resolve ur issue ..

Dude got a Homerun result .. he should be paying dr gabel more money . Look at ur before n after.. I don’t think u realize how great a result u got with such a low number of graft .. seems like everything grew . N u had thick hair so it really made a great cosmetic difference ..

Yeah u suppose to stop all those things .. they don’t want anything in ur system that can cause excessive bleeding .. not even caffeine ..

What’s going on here .. please use ur common sense n count the dots on ur head .. n ask the clinic if this is 4100 grafts . What kind of plan is this ? I know u are desperate for hair ,. But Why would u not be more educated on surgery ,, n let these clinics take advantage of u.. I’m sorry , but it just makes me kinda mad .. they took ur money knowing they made no cosmetic difference .. keep track of ur monthly progress on here ,, n let the pics speak for themselves .,I’m hoping u get a satisfying result , but if u don’t . At least u have a record of their result for other potential clients .. n no it’s not normal for the grafts to be so spaced out apart..

Hey KW8, sorry to hear u disappointed ,, I can see the sadness in ur eyes .. ur results aren’t bad .. it’s fixable .. u just need a few hundred grafts into the hairline .. when I look at ur pre-op pics .. the first 3 rows of hair aren’t dense packed .. it’s spaced evenly all around .. I noticed the top hairline docs usually dense pack those first few rows.. to eliminate the see thru-effect . Well anyway best wishes to u .. have u contacted the clinic ? Maybe u can get a partial refund so u can get it fixed somewhere else .. they have good customer service there.. let them know U have this thread running , n people want to know how they will resolve ur situation .

Oh yeah ,, don’t forget to tell them to extract from both sides of ur head .. if u don’t say nothing u just end up complaining about it later ..

Keep ur top hair long n comb it forward .. if I had to shave my head I probably wouldn’t do it .. but that’s just me .. since I never shaved my head before .. people will notice once I do .. - if u plan on shaving ur head .. I would do it weeks before the surgery so people get used to u with no hair .. so once u do get a transplant they won’t think much of it .. u can easily hide ur transplant with ur current hair right now .. u just having hairline work .. just tell the office how u style ur hair so they can shave accordingly .. if u don’t say nothing, they will just shave u how they want .. best of luck in ur upcoming surgery shook ..

Listen to Lenny , he makes sense .. but yeah , don’t cheap out on urself n ur hair .. it will cost u more in the long run .. n don’t waste time on marketing shampoos n nutrients .. if u losing ur hair . N it’s aggressive . Don’t mess around n waste time .ur hair is thinning n aging each year while u trying new products.. u know what u got to do .. u have to prevent free testostorones from turning to dht n attaching ur hair follicles .. It shrinks the root of the hair , then the shaft n hair itself , so it falls out easier . So if ur body don’t go grow hair faster than u lose them . U going to be balder faster than u want .. so take them meds . N don’t feel bad about it .. when we balding, we have a hairloss issue .its a chronic progressive issue .. u can only slow it down .. its part of the aging process .. but do nothing , it gets worse faster .

Ur first pic, pre-transplant looks the best .. seemed like u had a high forehead but still dense hair.. u just needed a hairstyle change .. U created a problem when there wasn’t one .. but no worries , it’s all this marketing n advertising , makes people think that hair transplants are easy to do n everyone will have a perfect result . . but yeah , best wishes to u .. doctor Bloxham seems like a good guy n has ur best interest ..

If u want to lower the dosage.. that’s fine .. anything is better than nothing in the hairloss battle .. but really though ? For cost cutting ? The recommended and most effective dosage is 1mg.. why would u want to go into the hairloss battle with a sword when u could of had a gun .. myself personally .. I’m 1.5 years in .. n I will do the full 2 years before I consider lowering my dosage .; the first two years of finasteride at the recommended dosage will hopefully put ur hair back Into a good state . My hair has gotten a little thicker , it felt like straw n very fragile before . So it’s an improvement . But I wish it be better ..

Yeah his hair characteristic is top notch .. thick n curly .. it’s hard to work with but when transplanted correctly makes a big cosmetic difference .. if I were him I would of never let myself get that bald before doing something about it .. he wasted a lot of good years feeling depressed about his hair when it could of been fixed earlier .

Great result .. he’s a good looking guy , n with that hair loss made him just appear like a regular dude that’s balding.. but with a nice hair to frame his face .. n accentuate his features.. he’s going to be getting something woman soon .. I guarantee it . With his new good looks n confidence .
