    U done for if u don’t do something to stabilize ur loss . the way it’s going it be gone sooner than u think ,, so don’t waste time with generic hairloss crap like supplements ,, don’t listen to Melvin , he doesn’t know anything about hair ,, he’s a just a moderator on a hairloss forum with 3 hair transplants .

    It’s the hair thinning is the issue .. diffuse thinning .. so u can be low norwood , but the hairs are thinner .. that’s how I am right now .. I’m hoping I don’t get any bald spots in the next 8-10 years .. if Ric Flair can go bald , so u can .. look at all those wrestlers back in the days .. they had nice long thick hair ,; most of them are bald or close to it in the 40- 50s.

    I didn’t start losing hair u til in my early 30’s.. I was a norwood 1 until 36.. so u just never know .. I had thick hair like him too .. norwood 5-6 is a possibility .

    How bout u try the TRT . N start a post with your current hair with monthly updates .. we can test if TRT contributes to a extra hairloss within half a year . If u become bald during this time .. then yeah no TRT for me ..

    Going on TRT will accelerate your hairloss . Especially if u are already pre-destined for baldness. Try a very low dose of finasteride n see how that goes for u .. if not try topical fin.. Try Kegel exercises for the other issue .. it works if u do it right n consistently .. do some research on it.

    I don’t think ur hair look that bald .. just thinning hair,, Kinda natural progression of age .. I don’t know, but I would guess dr Phil, was losing his hair in his early 20 twenties to get to where he is now .

    The current going rate for a new hair a left nut.. so if u don’t think saving your crown is important .. ask yourself would you be willing to give up your left nut for good crown coverage .. then u know how important it can be.. 🤨😃

    I’m going to start oral minoxidil too .. I’ve been lowering my dosage on fin .. just once every other day .. n probably supplementing oral minoxidil with it … I hate taking meds for anything .. but when ur body or hair has health issues u have to do something about it .. or it just gets worse .. My hair volume has gotten less with each year .. n as much as I don’t like fin , I know it has stopped my hair from falling out as much ..

    That dude lost my credibility long ago when he was promoting laser caps n nutrient pills .. n now he’s just gotten another HT , 4th time Now to get more density n repair previous hairline issues .. Just a dude wanting attention ,. N don’t know much but basics .

    It’s all about them hair plugs y’all .. they work . Hopefully when more surgeons become better at it , n it becomes more popular .. the average person can get back there hair .. n not have to spend too much . As of now .. it’s still kinda expensive ,, but then again it’s worth it . just don’t go to hair mills ..

    Man your hair looks thick n full .. FUT is still very viable .. n delivers .. U have great donor hair.. I don’t think u ever be bald again ..

    Your result isn’t great but it’s not awful .. at least u have some hair now .. but compare yours to Melvin .. he has about the same amount of grafts in the frontal mid n hairline as yours .. the difference is drastic . But then again so is the cost .. but no don’t go back to the same doctor .. save some money n don’t cheap out on yourself ..

    Y would he go on fin now when he lost most his hair .. don’t u think he would of went that route 5-10 years ago ? If he wanted to go on meds .

    🖐️ Your standard is super low if u think this is a good or average result.. go ahead n use the rest of ur remaining grafts to save some money n get the same sub-par results .. u messed up n now u want to go back .. makes no sense

    It’s a clear sign the hair is miniaturizing .. the root ball has probably shrink so it doesn’t stay on the scalp as well . Probably easy to pull out .. I was in same situation .. finasteride helped the hairs grow longer n thicker . So it doesn’t fall out as easy . But yeah u Need to get it medically treated .. ignoring it will be too late.

    The way you keep your hair short .. n if u don’t bald too bad later .. I would do FUE in ur case .. it’s almost like u didn’t even have a HT after a year when u do FUE.. but that linear scar will always be there .. I was in same boat as u .. kept going back n with the two ,, pros n cons .. but if u have the extra money .. u do the FUE.. 10 years from now .. u don’t want to be stuck with last decades technology ?

    If u want to get HT .. then I suggest u get off the meds and let urself bald even further . Then u have space on ur head to spend a few thousand dollars for the same results u currently have .
