Your doctor is probably not very good .. he’s unable to do a large session ,, that’s why he only did a small amount of grafts at first. If u not experiencing side effects from fin .. then u need to stick to it, most of the time it just helps maintain ur hair that ur currently Have n give it a longer long span .. u can tell this by less hair fall .. . as u already know hair transplants are tricky .. so u can’t afford to lose anymore hair ..

Okay let’s say this ,, even if they do some research on the side while making $20k+ a day on doing hair transplants.. they will need to discover something , then pay money to have it proven ,, then pay more money for tests that will take years .. n In the end ,, they not making the money from the research .. the pharmaceutical companies n large corporations are the ones that makes the money .. i don’t see the person that invented FUe or fut getting any residuals from their discovery. someone will just copycat their work n use it as their own n make some slight adjustments n call it something else ..

Of course not . Why would they want to lose future clients by eliminating baldness .. it would make no sense… If baldness was eliminated they have to sell their clinics n start working in skincare or something .. hairtranspltants makes them so much money .. it’s logical they want to keep us bald or do nothing about it ..

Having an expensive surgery is not about convenience .. it’s a commitment.. so if u have to travel or pay extra I suggest u do that… if u watch the bald truth show .. they highly highly suggest u never go to someone with a traveling team of technicians. Especially when the surgeon isn’t doing most of the procedure himself .. so u basically paying for the doctors name , n taking on a chance on some random techs .. Its like they threw together a team at the last minute n say let’s go make some money !!!

I’m just going to go off my own experience .. but there is a difference from techs in h&w than in other clinics .. they worked with the clinic for many years .. n they get promoted to do extractions n other stuff .. so they have to earn the right to work on ur head .. they specialist !!! That work just for h&w , they promote from within .. I respect that .. I had 2500 grafts to my hairline ,, n majority of it grew .. I don’t need a touch up , more density would be nice , but it’s pretty much a one n done for me.. the hairline is not see through .. the grafts were placed naturally n not straight up .. n no one knows I had a hair transplant .. so that’s my review!! n I’m glad I didn’t go to another clinic to save money, because I’m pretty sure I would of needed to go again for a touchup… Op raised some concerns that the clinic can try and improve .. but overall I think ur hair is growing in nicely .. it’s not going to be perfect .. mines wasn’t either .. but In the end u be satisfied ..

Tempting but nah … there’s a reason PRP has been around for so long n it’s not even in the top 3 of what has been scientifically proven to help with hairloss .. n it costs $100X times more .. I tried to believe in PRP for hair regrowth .. but it’s been long enough ,, it hasn’t proven itself ..

I was joking with comment above. My experience there was very professional.. I actually prefer the experienced tech extracting my hair than an older gentlemen hands .. nothing felt rushed .. n I was the only patient of dr hasson that day .. so it’s all good with me .. I slept like a baby .. I don’t need to babysit them ..

In my opinion as a prior patient… I don’t care how busy u are n how good ur team is .. I’m paying u $2,000 an hour for a 8-10 hour surgery … I don’t care if u have a PHD n millions in ur bank ..I want ur azz in the room with me .. at all times n no breaks… no restroom breaks either !!!

Don’t let people scare u about medications.. they scared the crap out of me too .. that’s how I started becoming bald.. I threw my bottle of finasteride in the trash after 3 months use after reading online stuff .. 3 years after that I had to spend $20k on a hairtransplant, n now I’m back in the meds n not gonna stop.. i hardly take fin ,, not because of sides but because of lazy n my hair has stabilized .. I only take it once every 2-3 days .. n even on fin,, my hair volume is still not good ,, so I guess it didn’t stop the hairloss but slowed it down for me . try topical fin or something ..

I only say this to u because I care n I went they the same thing.. n I lost a confidence during those two years… every time I shake my head a bunch of hairs would fall . N at that rate I be bald in no time. N my family is all norwood 1 .. so u I was definitely in denial for a long time .. n wasted over a year freaking out buying supplements n laser caps n all that crap .. when I should of stick with the meds .. so yes the meds help .. my hair is still thin,, I’m never getting that density back , but the hair I have now don’t fall out when I shake my head .. that’s good enough for me ..

I’m not sure why u think hairloss isn’t going to get worse ? U already show signs ur frontal third is thinning rapidly,, u still have hair there but it’s thinner n shorter.. u probably only have a couple hair life cycles left in them ,, before they become so thin it’s almost invisible. n when that time comes 2-5 years from now ? Then u can get a hair transplant ,, because the hairs on ur frontal third won’t be there anymore … u might have almost a full head of hair now , as coverage but it’s not dense n full .. that’s kinda like how my hair is… but urs is worse n at a much earlier age.

Well when u don’t do anything for ur hair when it was telling u too .. u can’t expect medications to miraculously regrow hair .. I have a full head of hair n the meds are barely keeping it alive .. but I can tell the days are numbered .. if I waited another two years I would of been done for .. when ur hair goes bald there is no turning back ..

I lost most my hairs on my arms n legs .. they were thin before finasteride .. n with finasteride it’s almost invisible .. but still hair on my head n lower area .

Well i was still self conscious about getting a hair transplant n I didn’t want anyone to know .. so i didn’t feel like telling my general doctor at Kaiser to order these blood tests for me , because of a hairtransplant doctor told me to .. when I already had my annual full blood work n health check A year ago .. n at that time I had extra money ,, so I guess I rather spend the extra money than tell someone I’m getting a hairtransplant .. n to this day no one knows I had anything done but u guys .. hahah

I had to do bloodworm for my first clinic .. even though I have great health coverage with Kaiser .. I didn’t do it there because there’s no reason to .. so I had to look online for a blood work clinic around my area .. caused me $700 around z n when I told the ht clinic that I won’t get the result until a week later .. they said don’t worry about .. after I paid $700 for nothing .. pissed me off .. n I didn’t end up going to that ht clinic either .: my suggestion is ,, if they ask u too do bloodwork .. tell them u are healthy , n u don’t have health insurance that will cover it .. n if they want to deduct it from ur surgery .. then u will do it .. $100 I bet u the clinic will say oh never mind then .. i think the clinics just trying to do the office protocol , but it’s costing us a lot of additional money that’s not needed ..

Tell them u got sunburnt every week for 5-6 months .. because that’s how long the redness usually last to where it’s presentable … u can do what I did .. n start growing ur hair longer n combing ur hair forward like Justin Bieber .. just do it a few months ahead of ur surgery , so people don’t notice the radical Change ..

If they were an elite surgeon .. they won’t implant it straight up .. that’s now how our natural hair is .. Dr. hasson implanted mines with the grafts angling to the side.. he explained this to me.. so even if u don’t dense pack the front ,, if they implanted it an angle, it won’t look like that .. the see thru look. u just need more grafts at a different clinic .. urs an easier fix than most ,, so no worries .. just accept it n get it done right .. Or can wait for awhile longer .. the hairs will soften up n look more natural ..

I know this because I was planning to do fut with dr hasson ,, but when I got their .. he really pushed hard to do the FUe .. he told me he can pick n choose better hairs with FUe for the hairline n he can get the same results with fut . But it costed $8k more .. I had no choice but listen to him .. n Pwrsonally I think they could of done a better job with fut .. but im also glad I’m not stuck with a big scar in the back of my head .. which would of been covered with my long hair .. so either would of worked for me .. there are Cost n benefits for each type.

The reason fut is become obsolete is not because it’s not effective .. its because u don’t have to be a surgeon to do fue . Therefore more n more clinics can open up.. also, fut is usually 30-40 percent cheaper n requires surgery. With FUE, the doctor doesn’t need to do as much work , they can let their techs do the extractions implantations .. but they still make more money .. so it’s just more beneficial in the surgeons time n profit to do FUE..

Get on fin at a low dose .. it will save u years … with a low dose u might not feel anything, n ur current hair is still strong but beginning to show some weakness in areas.. kinda like me .. so a low dose I feel will be a good start.. n be effective for ur situation .. don’t deny the hairloss , do something about it before u need surgery ..

I would consider Nader for budget wise .. but I’ve seen his results comes out okay .. u won’t get dense packing from him .. i don’t know the other clinic .. so nah I wouldn’t risk it.

I think once u get most of the bird nest out strategically n spread them out into different areas, it will look more natural .. . ur hair looks pretty good in the front n u have coverage up top .. don’t get too sad… when u can’t change how things are at the moment , u can still control how u feel about it i know u missed the thinning hair look prior to surgery , since it’s more natural .. but they were weak hairs on their way out .. the new Hairs u have now is more cosmetically pleasing n will last u a long time..
