Nothing u can do bout diffuse thinning but stop the thinning with finasteride .. no fin .. lots of bald areas on top of ur scalp within 5 years for u .. that’s how it’s looking to me. no hairtransplant, because u stil have hair in those area,, just the hair is thinner.. u can not take fin n get balder then u can a hair transplant..

I work for Merck .. I get paid $1 dollar for any posts that says they will try finasteride. That’s why I speak up about it.. for every post that says bad things about finasteride I lose .50 cents . It’s a tough job ,, but I’m rich enough to get a hair transplant because of this side gig . thanks Merck ..

I tried rogaine twice in two different occasions .. for several months each time .. just like u I had thick hair but receding in the temples. I started getting dandruff n scalp inflammation n my hair started falling out more. All over the place.. I had to stop it, n once I did the temple was almost totally bald now .. it accelerated the growth of those hairs but it also let them die even faster .. but if u want to try to see if it works .. apply some on ur forehead .. those little hairs they start growing longer .. so it does accelerate growth by providing more blood supply .. I give it that .. but the inflammation n dandruff offset the gains for me .. but that’s just me, everyone is different ..

I’ve been using fin for the last 5 years .. it literally saved my hair .. I must of been going thru some things but my hair was falling out like krazy. But it’s stabilized n hair is no longer an issue for me. I have no big tits.. my penis still works .. libido might be less . But it’s not dramatic to be an issue. N I’m getting close to the age where I have to start taking fin for prostrate enlargement issues too .. so if I’m not taking it for hairloss it would be for my prostrate .. either way Imma be on it for the rest of my life probably .. but I don’t take it consistently either .. 1 mg every 2 days or something .. I think once ur hair stabilizes n not fall out like leaves on a tree u can definitely lower the dosage. U just have to be on the meds long enough to take effect n make the roots of the hair thick n healthy again .. peeps think it’s okay to let yourself lose hair .. think of every hair follicle that falls out n don’t grown back .. that’s an 8$ hair there .. u losing 50 in a day .. that’s potentially $400 every day u losing ..

U are obviously continuing balding .. n yes it’s normal to shed that many hairs a day. but it’s not normal when ur hair don’t grow back fast enough to replenish what u just loss. Therefore u are suffering from MPB .. that’s why u had a hair transplant . n if u don’t hop on meds u will continue to lose hair n be bald. I experienced the same issue as u .. freaked me out until I got stabilized on meds .. the 50 hair fall during shower became 5 to 10 hairs instead of 50… face the facts. N stop ignoring what your hair is telling u to do .. they need help.

N their family is very sensitive about this. I don’t speak out about much ,, just crack some jokes here n there .. but finasteride definitely slowed down my hairloss.. I tried it off n on but didn’t take it seriously as Boone wants to be on meds when they young. But when my hairloss got to a point of no denial , I had no choice but go on the meds .. n it worked for me n my hair stopped falling as much .. I pretty much kept most of my hair in the last 4 years since I used it almost daily .. n I recovered my hairline from the hairtransplant .. so I’m a norwood 1 at 42.. when I was norwood 2.5 at 38 .. but then again hairloss, didn’t run in my family , no one bald in my family , so it might not work as well on others where the hairloss genes is stronger than the meds , it can only do so much .. but yeah it helps n it works.

No wonder he said he was only planning one fight this year .. he is in a new contract dispute with the ufc, so did his transplant now while he has time. he had a full head of hair a norwood 1 a few years ago, that high testosterone made his loss accelerate probably ..

I think she is being overly cautious.. I smoked before and after my hair transplant .. weed , cigs n achohol. I didn’t stop ,, but I did cut it down to only when necessary if I was in need of a cig , weed or Alcohol.. but that’s my own experience ..

I say u keep trying .. I was very frustrated with hairloss too .. tried fin for 6 months ,, didn’t notice any difference, because I thought it will regrow the temples I was losing .. but I still had a lot of hair.. so I stopped , never noticed any sides back then , cuz I didn’t read up on it so much .. if my physician was recommending it to me , I trusted his opinion .. but still I stopped n 3-4 years later ,, my hair was getting thinner , less full.. n there was no more denial if I don’t do something it’s going to continue to get worse .. It wasn’t scary until my hair just randomly fall when I shake my head .. n at that rate I be bald in no time .. even though I was only a norwood 2 at that time .. well I’m back on it, since 38, n now 4 years later .. it did help n I’m still taking it .. 2-3 pills a week .. the hair fall had stabilize ,, n some of the smaller hairs grew a little bit longer .. so it’s worked to maintain n slow down the hairloss .. and I know I can’t stopped using it , cuz when I feel some of my hairs they don’t grow that long, compared to other sections .. so they just hanging on but not falling off.. so if I stopped fin, then those will get thinner sooner than later .. those are my experiences from it .. does it cause me sides ? No I don’t think so, possibly some days I think it might ,, but it’s probably just a combo of getting older n not in the right mood. So I can’t blame the fin for those things .. but yep definely less morning wood, n probably not as energetic as before .. but don’t know that could also be mood n getting older.. Kegel exercises helps to improve things .. n just nixoral shampoo n fin is all I use.. either way , if u do nothing it will get worse not better.. don’t give up, that will lead to more stress. Just try different things n be consistent with it ..

Yeah Melvin , it’s been awhile . Time sure does goes by .. we not the youngsters that was new to the HT game anymore.. Glad to see u all buffed up n married now.. n good hair too .. heheh Me I still kept mines also ,. The hairtransplant did work , could of been better but I can’t complain bout it .. n the finasteride, it did kept the hair from falling off when I shake my head .. I only use it 2-3 times a week,, I think once the meds stabilize the hair fall, u can taper down on it .. good choice with Eugenix ,, if I were to my next surgery I would go there too.. they maximize ur grafts like diep seems to do . n yep I was right bout the covid thing .. I told y’all it was going to be a big deal .. 😝 keep us updated with ur channels n stuff , u a true source of information in this industry ..

Melvin is right here.. just cuz u have some hair leftover in the hairline doesn’t meAn u a norwood 2 .. it’s where the balding area has shown and became noticeable .. definitely norwood 5-6, if not now then at least 5 years from now .. so plan accordingly .. u can’t stop nature , u can only slow it down .. the worse part of a hairtransplant is not planning ahead .. how many cases on this forum have u noticed where the immediate results were excellent .. then u see those same people in 3-4 years come back here and complain .. cuz now they have a bald spot in the mid area.

U not very smart if you think this is a easy procedure . Sure it’s not as life threatening like a heart transplant 😝 it’s a surgical procedure that punctures ur skull . 2000-3000k tedious hairs need to be removed n replaced .. U know how long that takes ? N how fragile those hair follicles are ? To do that thousands of times .. they the clinic isn’t using magnifying loupes n microscopes through the whole process u got a problem .. those tools cost a lot of money , and if the clinic can’t spend money on it, then that’s a problem..
