    So I watched Kobe's epic 60 point last game ever tonight and came to the conclusion that he has SMP. He's had this look for a long time and appears to have a perfect, mature hairline. What do you guys think?

    I agree that Lebron is using concealers but I do believe that he's had a small procedure done as well. He has that little scar on the side of his head. It looks like a mini strip.

    It's probably your native hairs dying out....that's the crappy reality for us....the MPB doesn't go away just because we get HT's. It's also the main reason that most guys with HT's are never 100% satisfied with the density.

    I have to be honest...I wouldn't be pleased with those results. It's hard to tell that much of a difference between post op and at 10 months.

    Kind of surprised you had an HT to start with! I can't even really tell the difference between the before and afters.

    LOL...that video was great. Oh and, by the way, you look GREAT with a shaved head! Seriously, I'm not just saying that to make you feel good. Some guys can pull it off while others cannot. You look younger, healthier, and stronger with that look. Good for you!

    Yep, experiencing the same thing on my end. It's becoming almost unbearable and it seems like the number of posts has been decreasing since this has been happening.

    If I were you, I'd do a FUE procedure with the goal of light coverage throughout and then also do SMP and then keep your hair as short or shorter than you have it now. The goal would be to create a hairline and look like you buzz/shave your head. I think it would be a good look for you. IMO, you're not going to be happy trying to restore your hair with just hair transplants. Like others have said, your donor looks to be unstable and you are a high NW....

    Nice Nicole! You do such awesome work. Did the patient shave down when you did the SMP or are those pics immediately after the 2nd pass? This is a really nice cosmetic difference for him...
