Hi just to let you all know that I am pleased with the results thus far however learning that it is a slow procces but I am happy with how it is looking. The scar line is healing well, one side is taking slightly longer to heal but again I am happy with how it is looking.

the procedure didn't hurt during. afterwards it hurt. oddly, the donor area hurt alot more than the crown where the hair went.
some hair has already started shocking out. not a huge amount, but it has not been that long.

2nd transplant. 10 days post op. Not too much about leonard on this site. I'd like to give some perspective. Good experience so far. If anything their post-op was a little more rigorous. They advised polysporin on the recipient area. It was messy but the crusts slid right off.
For a while I have had only slight thinning in the left temple area. It was making me self conscience, so I made the very poor decision to have a transplant in that area. The bosley team, lead by surgeon Dr. Nancy Shannon were very polite and advised me that it would look great. Well, eight months later and the region of the transplant is completely destroyed. I no longer have a hair line and every where they transplanted grafts almost all my original hair was killed. I don't know what happ

After researching for 3 years I finally got the courage to start the process. A friend of mine had it done in NYC so i figured it was the right time for me. Dr. Feller was always at the top of my list. The one thing that I heard over and over again was that dr feller is just a 'normal guy' and will be totally honest from the very beginning. I will write up a detailed review on these guys in the days to come but in a short version these guys are a great team starting from the moment i walked throught the door for my first appointment and meeting Dr art katona and his consultant Tarquin and his team on the day of the surgery.
Not a lot to report except today is the 12 week mark ( approx. 3 months) and I am seeing activity upstairs. ! It is curious because I am Blond/Light Brown/Silver in color and it's not that easy to see changes but they're sticking up all over now - and it's a mess to style! If the 'averages' charts are a good indicator, then I'm at 10% growth. If this is 10% I am ecstatic. No pics today because it's still laughable to you Norwood 2 guys.
