This is like @Zoomster or @captaincalico results, except I believe those 2 required multiple procedures. From a perfectionist POV I think the hairline could be a bit more dense.....but it looks very natural for a 45 yr old man and does not look like MPB at all. Thank you very much. From my own perfectionist POV also the crown could be a little bit more dense though. The good thing is that his donor is still in pretty good conditions, hence a lot more still can be achieved if wanted by the patient. I was a Norwood VI as well and Dr. Vories performed my procedure in a little over 2 days back in 2012 and extracted and implanted 5,125 grafts. At the time, this was a huge FUE procedure.
