  1. While my hair was fine when I was in my 30s, I wasn’t balding until 50. As I got older, my hair strands became more course and thicker in some areas as it fell out.
  2. Norwood 5-7 is so difficult to work with. This is what makes this patient especially stand out. Outstanding result.
  3. Your hair looks amazing. Been following your thread. Dr Muwamba seems to be a top HT surgeon. Fantastic 👍
  4. Thank you. 🙏 This list really helped me. I’m an older guy trying to make sense of all this data. I was perusing Zarev’s website yesterday until I saw his $9/graft price US. He’s seems to be one of the best IMO but prohibitive for a blue collar guy like me. The plane trip is 15 hrs. Mwamba is closer to me in Atlanta, if he still works here (unk). This process is difficult to sort through as some members said they went to a reputable doctor $$ and he took their money, messed up their hair.
  5. Your end result is remarkable. You look like you’re 40. Completely natural result. IMO when I look at the “after” pics of a HT patient, I’m usually thinking “does it look natural”? Natural is the best compliment. I’m much older than you and i’m likely a NW 6 at best. So when I viewed your pre-HT pics, I felt like you looked pretty good and your donor was especially dense/good. When I viewed your second post op pics, I’m like “wow it’s even better.” Thick, dense on top with natural hairline - totally undetectable. So I agree that you did the right thing by perusing HLC and seeking two procedures because your results are impeccable. Did any of your close friends, extended family make a positive remark? Sometimes their compliments can be very reassuring especially if they didn’t know you got a HT. 😉 Regards, Rick
