Great FUE result. The 3 day post op in your donor is very impressive.

Geez, the man does it all with artistry and expertise. Anyone know if Dr. Konior does FUE with manuel or motorized punch grafts?

Both manual and I believe the PCID.

Truly the best in the industry in every aspect, he wrote the book on hair restoration!

Unbiased advice and opinions based on 25 plus years of researching and actual experience with hair loss, hair restoration via both FUT & FUE, SMP, scalp issues including scalp eczema & seborrheic dermatitis and many others

Mickey, I know he does both and I don't know what was used in this case. I asked him how he likes the PCID and he stated that he was getting good grafts with it. To be honest, I don't know how often and when he uses one over the other.

This, and mcmarkrazz's case are the only two definite FUE cases I've ever seen from Konior. Is anyone aware of others?

His work is, in general, perfect. But really would like to see more of his FUE cases to get a better idea of what he's done in that arena, as opposed to strip.

I'm a fan of Konior, and I think this is pretty good result, but to be honest I don't see what all the buzz is about with this one. For starters I think the surface area is a bit big for the number of grafts. However I'm also not sure about the yield of this one. There seems to be a noticeable number of grafts from the immediate post pic that did not grow out in the final results. Best examples of this are pics 14, 18, 24. Again I think this is pretty good, but the comments had me taking double takes at the pictures.

Yeah, I'm not really following. The post op scabs of day 3 will make it look a little more dense than it is. I think what you are seeing grown out is what close to 100 percent yield looks like on 2500 grafts.

I just don't see how the midscalp thickened up....it was noticeably thinner in the preop.

I think that photo 13 is a good depiction of the patient's situation. The non-transplanted area isn't thicker than it was; he had just grown out the diffusely thinning hair there to match the length of the surrounding hair and enhance the illusion.
