  1. Looks very acceptable Melvin! Nobody would look twice at this I love how already we can see the forehead less wide due to bringing the temples forward! 💪 A video about using concealers after hair transplant during the growth stage for public appearance would be very useful
  2. Yes, it can definitely take 3000 grafts If I were you I would be more worried about choosing the correct doctor to handle your donor area rather than wondering if it can take 3000 grafts. Going to a hair mill will leave your donor area looking like it got hammered by a shotgun
  3. Fantastic work, the before and after pictures posted above show a massive improvement on framing the face! Excellent job by @Eugenix Hair Sciences .. See you soon 🥰
  4. Good clean procedure. Wish you all the best for the results! Thank you for sharing all the photos, it's good to see everyone together
  5. @Melvin- Moderator I believe the growth is going to explode in 4th and 5th month. It's going well for you bro 💪
  6. Dr Bicer is the only qualified doctor that I would trust in Turkey.
  7. There is an awesome product called Batiste Dry Shampoo. Basically it is just a spray that cleans your hair when it looks like it's time to wash it, but the trick is that besides making it look clean and bouncy, it adds a brown textured color to the hair and the scalp, giving you a fuller look. Not to mention great volume. It's quite a nice product! Just don't get any on your hairline or forehead so aim it well! I don't use it everyday. Only when i go out on the weekend for some confidence
  8. What do you mean you can't remember the name of the surgeon who did your procedure ? Also what made you choose that clinic? what was your research based on
  9. You can definitely wear a loose '' summer '' hat after 7 days but I wouldn't wear those tight baseball caps for sure. Better to play it safe haha
  10. You're not meant to do nothing before 14 days. This allows the hair grafts to biologically seal in and then they are 100% safe. And then the only thing that's left is the redness on the scalp, which can take 2 months to completely disappear. From my experience from a previous procedure, I avoided everything because i didnt want a reaction to my sensitive scalp. I think I waited over 1 month for my first haircut actually
  11. I'm scheduled with them in a few weeks. Seeing patients get results under their hands always fills me with alittle more confidence. It is much appreciated! Not only the result on top, but also leaving the back in a presentable condition (rather than exhausting the donor area just to fill the top with as much grafts as you can fit)
  12. Beautiful beautiful work by Dr Bisanga. This is NATURAL work. The angles, the density and the singles. Fantastic work. Enjoy your growth
  13. Incredible result Karl It's a good position you're in when you are wanting more hair in a greedy way rather than needing because of continued hair loss 😁 Enjoy it sir
  14. You are healing incredibly well and it's nice to see that you donor area doesn't look like its been over harvested or harvested in a patchy well Regarding shampoo and what to put on the scalp I'd ask the doctor. the grafts are 100% secure after 14 days, but the scalp may or may not be sensitive to stuff which will make the redness even more noticeable, you never know
  15. Anything you send them on WhatsApp photos or videos is just to give them an idea of what is required. It is a must that on the day of the surgery you can alter anything you what, design anything you want and demand however grafts you wish. You are paying them, they work for you. please remember that
  16. In my previous surgery I used a neck pillow and slept on my back. I used a thin rope to tie myself around my chest on the bed so that I don't move during the night
  17. Exactly, it is a risk that everyone must accept. I always prefer hair length to be around a number 3 or 4. (the trimmer guard I mean) It looks cleaner and more even. When trying to have faded haircuts after FUE, some hairs might grow slower or faster than another... with that being said you are just asking for the back to look patchy
  18. Well said. Even though his hair transplantation is one of the best I've seen, his scars on the back are very noticeable at short length but he also had a lot of grafts taken It is impossible for that guy to have short haircuts at the back, however I think he looks better with medium length hair which will make his donor area look thicker and good
  19. For the majority of patients, temple points are like the icing on the cake. However... without temple points no matter how good a hair transplant will look, if your natural temple points are pushed back you will end up having a wide forehead and the hair on top will look like a wig. Temple point restoration is great for everyone because it connects the hairline and everything will blend in together, depending on the patient it will determine how far you bring out the temples. Some patients might only need 100 grafts on each side, some might require 200-230 grafts. If you already have pre existing temple points that are present enough and aren't showing any signs of recession, I wouldn't bother
  20. I have drawn a quick hairline for you appropriate for your hair. I would also add that all the area behind the drawn hairline will be packed with grafts. I believe you would have a similar result to our friend Ian! @kirkland
