  1. John, Thank you for calling me yesterday with Dr.Pradeep Sethi. I havent't even arrived there yet and I feel like we are all friends within a few seconds of talking. The work not only looks clean and artistic, but I have no doubt you will have an fantastic result Keep us updated in the coming months and happy growth!
  2. Oh gosh. I wouldn't even worry about anything if I were you. Please take a break from looking at the mirror and worrying about how thin it is or something. You have a luxurious head of hair You are also using medication, which is more than anyone can ask you to do. You're totally fine sir If you want my opinion, I would try and sport a tight haircut. Clean up the sides and around the ear, keep it close, it will frame the face alot. You have strong temple points nothing to worry about! Cut abit from the top and more along the back, blow dry the hair to either left or right. Abit of product for texture and you are good to go my friend! Keep taking the meds and keep thinking positive. Enjoy it
  3. Your donor area is perfect Please make sure to choose a clinic that will take care of it for you sir
  4. Hey @trek Wish you all the best man! Hang in there! We're all excited and hope you have a good experience. Please give us an update after the procedure is done while you are resting, we would love to hear how it went . What you liked and didn't like. The whole thing. Feel free to share your thoughts with us!
  5. Im guessing you are approaching your 5 month mark now. Would like to see an update as you had excellent post op photos
  6. Definitely going to fill in nicely in the next 3 to 4 months, your face already looks framed Any chance we'll get a look at the back and crown? Would like to see how the beard grafts are growing in!
  7. Am I the only one who expected the hat to look like it was advertised on that man on the cover?? 😅 Damn what a shame... I would actually go for a walk with it while it's doing work on my scalp! That would be awesome, but hey the most important thing is how efficiently it works is all that matters, while doing it at home! ps. the hair is looking healthy bro! getting close to that 3 month mark now 😁
  8. Back in 2017 I got tricked by instagram pictures of people getting thick hairlines in Turkey. Now I make it my mission to help others avoid doing the same mistake Im not perfect, Im actually getting repair work done in the following month! Anyway... for now... good luck to your sir!
  9. Yes it is a good time to go for a hair transplant, but be patient with pulling the trigger on a clinic. Your hair situation isn't the worst. I'm sure you can hang in there for another few months to a year until you have enough money saved and make the decision on a fantastic doctor right ? Do it once, do it right
  10. Where did you get this information from please? @Melvin- Moderator can you confirm this please?
  11. How do you know that AJ ? Finasteride isn't 100% guaranteed to work. But still, im happy you are on medication for 2 years. It helps the donor area for a future procedure
  12. The 8 month touch up, was a very very big mistake and it was a silly execution to do. Why was it hard to wait? I genuinely apologize for this statement. I remember myself being very unhappy with my result from Turkey, and they simply said that i should just come and get another one, instead of offering me a free touch up. Anyway.... before the 12-14 month result, there should never be any final judgements or complaints ever. As soon as the 12th month finishes, if you are unhappy with the result, you have the right to go to the clinic and demand an explanation(unless they said from the start it wasn't possible to have a full result) or in this case a complementary touch up regarding the front all the way to the mid scalp would have been a very suitable solution. Another thing I want to add, you might of been going a severe rapidness of hair loss. Meaning any native hair that you had before and after your procedure, may have miniaturized or fallen... leaving you with the end result to be simply just transplanted hairs... giving you a very thin look with the limited grafts
  13. Please show us how the back donor area looks today and also under your chin beard area
  14. The hair on top isn't the worst thing ever, but the donor area makes me really upset
  15. Please share with us your donor before and after the second procedure post-op and recent.
  16. Hmmmmm ok, I apologize for not reading everything. Im kinda on the phone and rushing around the city. At what month are you now? Also, im surprised they allowed themselves to do work on you while still being in month 8. What are your future plans now? Wait and hear the next step from the clinic? I am truly interested to know about your case
  17. AJ, correct me if im wrong. Why didn't you ask Dr Pradeep to put those complementary on the frontal area rather than mid scalp?
  18. I believe the density looks sparse because he just finished the ''Ugly duckling'' phase. This is typically the look most patients will have between months 3 to end of month 4
  19. The picture clearly shows it's a hair transplant, I even zoomed in the screenshot I don't know how much else convincing you need
  20. Dont mind me coming back to this thread but I kept an eye on him since i was curious and as you can all see in the photo, he had work done in the hairline and frontal region, along with some temporal closure. I am betting he just began his growth at the end of month 3/ beginning of month 4
  21. Apart from an amazing result and UNBELIEVABLE donor management after thousands of grafts.... I can definitely tell that Finasteride is giving the hair a health look overall, which helps tremendously in appearance!
