  1. Thanks Dr. for the detailed explanation. Unfornately for me, they filled my hairline with doubles regardless how well they took care of the grafts after extraction
  2. The less time the grafts are kept out... the better..... When I had my FUE in Turkey... they extracted all the grafts from my donor area and then took me to eat lunch and continued the procedure after i eaten. I swear it was atleast a 30minutes break minimum because the technicians went for coffee or a smoke break. I think about it now and understand why I have so many unhealthy hairs and continued the procedure after i eaten
  3. They call it scarless because when people think of scar they automatically think about the FUT strip scar. A good clinic would always be honest to you about what the expectation and outcome would be like regarding scars at the back. This depends alot on how many grafts are taken. Someone who only takes 1000-1500 grafts from the back might be so lucky that the donor area will be indeed scarless! (under the correct doctor extracting them) FUE has scars. Tiny hole scars which under certain haircut lengths results in people saying ''scarless'' but if you shave or cut the back of the hair very short you will spot them out. Under a skilled clinic that takes care of the donor area they are less visible to a random person in the street With that said.. going to a hairmill will not only make FUE scars visible but will make the donor area look worse than what it would look like if you had a traditional strip scar..
  4. This is great to hear, incase you want a touch up. Happy growth my friend
  5. @Coverdale It's normal, don't worry about it. You're well over the healing period now. Your job is to keep your scalp clean now and the waiting game beings Sometimes I get the feeling that people are more worried about shedding rather than if the grafts have been placed correctly and the hairline is natural (maybe I'm just crazy) 😅
  6. Adrian your donor area looks very very good! Eugenix truly know how to manage it Remind me how many grafts they got from the back please? (native hair grafts)
  7. Hello @trek I am assuming that your issue is within this particular photo yes? The temple point is filled with singles, which will become finer at month 3-4 The closer I look, the more I notice that they are implanted with a backwards direction according to the incision made, which is the important thing Another thing would be the pinkish redness which is makin everything stand out and look weird, this is normal you're only 10 days! I can see unfortunate double graft that might of had a telogen hiding in it (which can be extracted if it really bothers you that much) Stay positive and be patient. Wait it out. Make judgement when the time is right
  8. Stay on Finasteride, even more if you are fine living with it. The main point of the medication is to completely slowdown hair loss or even stop it for some years On the rare occasion it may grow hair that was miniaturized and may also thicken up hair that looks like it was thinned or unhealthy
  9. Another ''wonderful'' result from this clinic apparently its only 5 months, thick doubles all over the hairline and still has redness? in the 2nd photo I zoomed in on the hairline and you can almost see the sadness in his eyes realizing something isn't right... I say this with my heart. Please don't go to these celebrity clinics. It's painful to see people happy with such results
  10. Feel free to share photos from your procedure. Wishing you a healthy recovery and a fantastic upcoming result!
  11. @Yugbir Singh Very natural result. It doesn't look like there was any work done! Hope to meet you at the clinic next month sir
  12. I am shocked how that clinic can make the hairline look worse than the temple points. I am surprised they actually got the angles correct? Just a pity they put doubles and triples everywhere!! The recent pic looks great Yasar. See you there in about a month brother💪
  13. The only thing dangerous Is to travel to a clinic that you aren't sure whether they will treat you like a friend or just another patient. Whether they understand natural results vs giving you thick hair Whether they will destroy your donor area or treat it with care as if it was their own Whether they will care about you after you finished the surgery, rather than forget you because you left the country Choose a clinic wisely.
  14. Every reputable clinic will inform the patient about post hair transplantation care, usually after the procedure It's worrying that you would need come here to ask these questions in a forum rather than directly to your clinic so we cant just sit here and tell you Of course, in this forum we are all here to help each other Some clinics wash the recipient area after 2-3 days, some after 7 days Regarding personal care, you will make sure to spray the recipient area with saline spray and getting as much rest as possible. Sleeping without touching or hitting the grafts for the first 7 days. No unneccary lifting or anything that will make blood rushing to your head for the first 7 days Regarding vitamins like biotin you should ask the doctor when its best to start it again. If it was me I would wait 3-4 weeks
  15. Ok looks acceptable to me Be sure to show these to the clinic and let them be the judge
  16. What about the back? The sides tend to be less dense on most patients. The bulk of the grafts will all be harvested from the back
  17. This is extremely clean work and very artistic. This is when you truly know if a hair transplant was done correctly Thank you for the detailed photos. It really helps people who want to choose Dr Arika as their doctor for the procedure Everything is framed well now for you Happy growth sir
  18. Clearly that doctor isn't skillful enough to harvest your donor without making it look over harvested... anyway As some people have said, it would be nice to see the hair longer Yourdonor area looks full enough, and under the right people are can be guaranteed they will make good use of those grafts You should think of this as a blessing... that you dodged this turkish clinic
  19. Post a photo from the back of your head, preferably with a finger running through the hair follicles to get a good idea how the donor area looks like Otherwise.. everything seems to be in order here Regarding how many grafts you need? If you're saying 3500 scalp + 2000 beard is the plan? I cannot argue with that You look like a man who will look good with a buzz cut (but with a full head of hair type of buzz cut) I believe it is a realistic and acceptable expectation for now, after the first procedure. Good luck sir
