The hair type is the best for hair transplant in my opinion. I know everyone says curly is better for coverage, but with the right amount of density, correct angles implanted and coverage of grafts you are definitely setting yourself for a wonderful result. The coarse hair and color mix is also a great benefit. We all wish you happy growth sir!

I never said Asmed did a great job or a bad job. I was just giving a realistic opinion. I've had bad work done in Turkey, and for this man to get 5000 grafts taken from a Turkish clinic is catastrophic in my mind but we are all here to try and help him out

I know exactly what happened to you. After 22 months the hair that you had still on your scalp have all fell off... and so now you are left with just the transplanted hairs.... This is why the result is not satisfactory. I speak from experience. This is the importance of Finasteride. How is the donor area looking please? 5000 FUE is not a joke

Either you stop worrying about your hair because it looks fine to me or else you have to be 100% you are going to a doctor that is willing to fill out the hairline to strengthen it and straighten the curve better. You will be able to go with a non shaven method too . I can't see you needing more than 500 grafts Go to someone who knows how to plant soft singles, you don't want to plant any thick follicles that are taken from the donor area, those buggers are coarse and thick. Make sure they take them from nape area or around the ear. Make sure they are singles and not doubles. It would be the end of the world having doubles everywhere ruining your perfect rest of the hair behind it..

My donor area looks like this after a hair cut too. Thats what happens when you get overharvested in Turkey. They took 3000 grafts from mine without any care and I had to do alot of SMP on mine aswell. I would say you look good, don't worry about anything. Infact you should be happy you have healthy brown hair and a crown full of hair. Take care of it friend

This is one of those hair loss situations where you think, Wow! its even went deep into the donor area... but there is always hope with the right doctor. We've all seen it Your beard gives you great opportunity is the only reason why you would want to do a hair transplant. Mixing it with the limited amount of the back side, you will be able to sport an acceptable coverage. Keeping in mind it will definitely be a short hairstyle, but natural. Let me stop you right there. Please do not go to Turkey just to save money. Be patient and choose wisely. Save up your money. This is a permanent surgery and believe me removing bad work from a bad clinic can be mentally damaging.
