I agree with Dr. K. You’re chasing a problem that doesn’t exist. Even if you lowered your hairline, nobody but yourself would see the difference- probably not even your barber.
I believe (at least in California) an MD needs to be present in the practice and only a PA or possibly NP can score the skin. I’d def follow up with your state medical board and if there are any nonconformities, report them to the board
I haven’t really looked into that as i live in the states. I vaguely remember people in the the uk use https://www.doctorfox.co.uk
I know there are websites like inhousepharmacy that ship to many countries as well.
maybe reach out to @sl as he is very helpful and based in Europe.
I think dry and flaking scalp is fairly normal shortly after a transplant as the skin is going through many phases and healing.
personally, I’d be washing daily with a gentle shampoo to try and get the scalp in good shape.
From most cases I’ve seen, beard graft extraction sites are not noticeable. With that being said, I’ve seen a few cases from eugenix where they did not space the extractions well and it left a very visible transition zone.
There’s nothing special about happyhead. The solution actually sounds like it’s over saturated with ingredients. There’s no tests showing efficacy. Also, the vehicle looks like nothing special so many of the ingredients will go systemic.
What will you do when you’re on a trip and run out or if they change formulas?
First impressions mean a lot. I’d go with your gut on this one. If a clinic is non responsive from the start is that someone you would trust down the line?
Huge improvement from baseline. My only critiques are the punch size and pattern. The punch looks to be very large. So large that some of the punch outs are coalescing which has likely contributed to the scarring. Maybe this should have been staggered over a couple surgeries.
