  1. @Jairo P @Dr. Felipe Pittella just curious, how will the donor zones be corrected? Where will the grafts come from? Is there an estimate for how many grafts to repair the donor?
  2. From the work I’ve seen and their informative videos on YouTube I’d def say yes from me. I think they’re a great addition to this forum.
  3. Personally, I would follow up with a call to their office. Should help expedite things
  4. Def shock loss going on here. It will more than likely improve. Their harvesting looks pretty aggressive but not to the point of what you’re seeing. There’s really nothing to do but wait, but this sometimes happens
  5. If you go to an elite doctor that’s involved in the surgery themselves, they will leave your donor looking intact. Who are you booked with?
  6. Pinto or bisanga. Both have showcased excellent donor harvesting technique.
  7. The work looks good. They seemed to have strategically cherry picked your donor as well. Hopefully this will get you sorted out. You need to ensure you’re serious about the treatments moving forward though as you’ll need to maintain as much of your native as possible. curious to know wongs opinion on the previous work and lack of growth?
  8. This is going to look amazing. Look how well the temple point hairs are angled with your natives. Imo there’s nobody out there that matches konior and his staff
  9. I dont think it it just has to do with a bandage…. It’s everything that occurs intraop. Like meticulous spraying of saline during surgery to keep the blood from drying
  10. Being educated on topics like drugs to address hair loss means nothing when it comes to surgical skills.
  11. I wouldn’t give up just yet. See what they say. If you aren’t on meds then that’s a good option to try even if you have dupa. There might be the possibility of undergoing surgery if you remain stable on meds and are willing to accept the risk
  12. Well…that’s probably in your best interest if a reputable surgeon doesn’t want to perform surgery on you
  13. This makes absolutely no sense. No gain weight you need to increase your caloric intake.
  14. Dr Path has been around for a long time and has some great results. With that being said, some of the best female hairline work I’ve seen is from Nadimi
  15. If you’re in the UK give someone like bisanga a visit. Based on his videos he does use dermoscopy to diagnose patients and for surgical planning
  16. Maybe a compounded topical finasteride would be best. When you try making your own it might create issues as there’s fillers and other things present in crushed pills.
  17. I’ve heard numerous cases of patients who conceived while on fin with no issues. However, if you’d like to be cautious, you can take a few months off while you try. Probably wouldn’t hair too much. Ideally, speak to your prescribing physician
  18. Curly hair requires more skill to extract as the roots can be curved beneath the skin. Just my opinion, but I’d stay away from eugenix unless sethi is doing all the work. I’ve seen too many hiccups as of late
  19. Before you begin thinking about a ht you need to get on treatment to stabilize your loss. How old are you?
  20. No excuse really for poor planning imo. Patients are literally flying to the other side of the globe for surgery only to be rushed through the process.
  21. Konior has some of the cleanest post op pictures I’ve seen. I recently had a procedure with him and couldn’t even discern the extractions a few days after. I think 5 days is plenty. Of course you’ll have some very minimal crusts and maybe some pinkness in the recipient but nothing crazy.
