  1. Dear Friends, I know this forum for a short time. Thanks for the analysis of the members and to Dr Felipe for explaining the strategy. In my case, a second densification procedure will be carried out and, if possible, the condition of the sides will be improved. In my other thread I will post updates of my progress. Thanks.
  2. This patient had greater baldness and needed fewer follicles
  3. I don't have the exact moment of the extraction, but I have some from the end of the surgery. do you think it has almost 5758 follicles?
  4. Temporal recesses didn't develop very well either, it's almost the same.
  5. Yes, according to the doctor there were exactly 5758 follicles. Another doctor evaluated my case and said that for my degree of baldness, this amount of follicles was not necessary and that in the surgery there may have been a lot of losses. Before the operation, an average of 4000 to 5000 follicles was estimated.
  6. Hello friends, I'm almost 14 months after surgery, I operated in Brazil, with Dr Felipe Pittela, my degree of caivicie according to preliminary assessment was 3/4. Almost 5,800 follicles were extracted. As you can see, my left side never recovered. At 45 days the doctor said it was telogen effluvium, but from the beginning I thought it was overextraction in that place, now my left side is full of rat paths. On the back there are no noticeable flaws which indicates that the extraction may not have been homogeneous. Doctor said it's normal, because he extracted it from one area to put it in another, what do you think? (photos with big hair exposed to light) I have an aesthetic loss.
  7. Hello friends, I send the final result of my hair transplant. Before and after. I did it in Brazil, with Dr Felipe Pittela. 5.758 follicles were implanted, Was my baldness NW 3/4 or NW 4A?? The crown and temporal recesses did not develop as expected, but overall the result is good. Interestingly, I've seen some patients here in the NW 4/5 baldness group who were implanted with fewer follicles but had excellent coverage. Results vary from person to person. Thanks.
