Why would they outweigh the good? Ive seen dozens of results with people with big foreheads getting a transplant and looking amazing if you feel that you want to get one get one just do research since I think most of the area transplanted would be bald I don’t see how it could be a huge risk
Looks like you go some regrowth on fin so that’s good if you want FUE there doctor dorin in NY, Dr mwamba in NJ, dr konior in Chicago if money is not an issue and dr K charges the most since your a diffuse thinner they might not want to transplant the crown on the hairline have you thought of using hair fibers?
Looks like a cowlick to me but either way I wouldn’t touch the crown not worth the risk , the hairline would just need a small procedure consult with bisanga, de frietas, and cuoto they got great result with hairlines
I would do the hairline if I was you 1500 grafts should cost around 5k US for premium package there’s a super premium package as well but it’s like double the cost I consulted with them as well but decided to stay in the US
Maybe it’s that you have fine hair but 3000 seems like a lot, 2-2200 is what I was quoted with similar loss bug risk if you lose hair everywhere else, does takin fin impact you at all in your sports career moving forward?
I see a Norwood 7 pattern as his crown is dipping, if you get on finasteride you may get regrowth scars are gonna happen in a fue just depends how you heal if there very visible or not
Your donor is good I would stay away from turkey, get on finasteride to slow down any more hairloss, and then get a hair transplant if the density is good you could get waves again
Ngl it’s gonna look good, Im the same age about the same amount of loss but 3000 grafts is a lot to use up for the donor it’s risky I wonder why they went so high? I think 2000 grafts would’ve been enough
If you can read Spanish it’s not too hard to see what he wrote at all lol very similar languages I totally could understand what you were saying great result!
@Gatsbyhes had multiple punch scars in his donor and underwent a massive FUE with great results so far after being told he wasn’t a candidate, Dr Sethi would be good to consult with
Look up user Mustang he has a whole thread about it! You basically take body hair like beard hair and put it where donor was fue’d out, if money is not a problem then yea but with a good doctor your donor won’t look over harvested to begin with
Your crown is following a Norwood 7 pattern, do you have pictures of your hair before the transplant and before hairloss? At 20 I still had more hair in my hairline then I do now at 23 so it’s risky but your hairloss to me looks like a Norwood 7 pattern because right above the donor I can see miniaturized hair in the horseshoe pattern
20 is way too young if your don’t want to take fin don’t even bother if you were on finasteride to stop any further balding and stable then maybe at 23-24 you could get a small procedure in the hairline, these two surgeons aren’t going to operate on you at that age and expect to pay 20k+ for Konior
You’ve tried minoxidil for over a year? If that didn’t work Dr Bargouthi does great beard transplant on this forum and is recommended you should consult with him
I think you showed choose a procedure based on what hairstyles you want to use, fue allows for you to go lower on the sides while FUT you have a linear scar but that’s fine if you keep your hair long
If your still losing hair with fin then I would hold off how’s your family history on it? Maybe it was just weak hairs along the hairline that were too weak to survive even with fin how’s your crown and midscalp? I’m around the same age with slightly more hairloss and have a transplant booked you probably need around 1500-2000 grafts and it’s not cheap in the US expect to shell out 10k+ for it unless you go out of the country
