    That makes sense That’s what I thought 2k-2.5k grafts now this makes a whole lot of sense now for the area that you Dr suggested but other factors made it so that less grafts were implanted

    Try dr bisanga or dr mwamba in Belgium they do repairs and it’s not too far away from the uk I wouldn’t get rid of the hairline if I were you I’d get them to fill it in with fue

    But I do see what you and op mean putting 100% trust but if it’s a comestic surgery I think we as the patient should have more opinion on what we want which is why research is very crucial

    Well ig it’s different for everyone then because if I went to an elite doc and he told me that with 1000 grafts I could get the result I wanted I wouldn’t do it with him 😂 because based on the countless reviews I’ve seen here a Norwood 2 like me needs 2k grafts to get a decent result I wouldn’t go through with a surgery to waste my time especially if it’s your first time on virgin scalp you should want a lot of density not what you could “get away with” but my mentality is I’m going in having a rough estimate of what I think I’ll get

    In any case I’d def sucks that your gonna need a second pass 2000-2500 grafts would’ve been a better number

    It’s common sense that 1300 wouldn’t have been enough lol if u had actually researched well you would’ve known sometimes u have to put ur input to the doctor when I had my consult with mwamba I told him that I believe I need 2000 grafts based on similar cases like mine that I’ve seen and he said that the exact amount he thought I would need as well, as patients we need to do due diligence and go through this forum you’ll then find out how many grafts you roughly need for how u want ur hairline to look

    Yea you don’t need much grafts maybe 2500 to thicken crown and hairline up and your done forever

    Dude just get on finasteride I was on topical finasteride for 6 months because I was just like u you guys scared of side effects now I’ve been on oral finasteride for a year no side effects the pills are small just take one everyday at night and done you still have a lot of hair left finasteride will save it and you can get a fut to maximize grafts take finasteride for one year then reassess dr bloxham would be great for fut I’m 23 rn so Ik as a young guy it sucks to have to take a pill everyday but it’s really not that bad

    Wow that’s extremely aggressive loss do you believe the crown started to go when you stopped fin a few months ago or was it already going? Did you try low dosing dut?

    It think if you get less then 2000 grafts you can probably get away with a bald face if they take grafts from mostly higher up in the donor also if it’s homogeneous

    Most people on this forum will deter you from surgery but get on fin asap for a year and if it doesn’t get worse you should get a small ht for density there

    You can always get a minor procedure with a better doctor where are you located? Prolly less then 1000 grafts would refine the area wouldn’t cost too much

    I would say first get on fin for a year then research clinics enquiring about a ht you probably only need 1000-1500 grafts to fix the unevenness there’s great doctors in Europe

    If you want to compare to how yours would look Kanye west had a hair transplant to cover his hairline he didn’t have hair loss just a crooked hairline and he got a minor hair transplant you can see the disparity in thickness where the hair transplant was placed it’s only suppose to give the illusion of density so growing it longer is best
