    Wow it’s interesting that you were even considered a candidate since you don’t want to take fin and your hair loss pattern looks aggressive for 25 I was told not to get one and my loss isn’t anywhere close to this, you have to try finasteride at least every other day or else all this hard work will go to waste imo

    You tried raloxifene too! It seems us young guys tend to get worse gyno with fin it didn’t work for me unfortunately but I already had gyno to begin with but finasteride did make it worse so add that to the list of problems lol

    Agreed I have a 1.5 roller but I think the pen would produce better results if any at all

    Thanks will try adding the nizoral to my regime, my goal was to get it about the level where my center part of my hairline and have it slightly elevated at the temples but will try my luck at getting regrowth threw the methods above

    Yea I get understand the catch up part because let’s say I transplant the temples and it looks great but something else starts falling out because finasteride stops working which is why I should continue finasteride and see if it stabilizes first as it’s only been a year on it but like u said it’s not likely coming back unfortunately since the temples are notoriously hard to regrow

    What made you switch to dut if finasteride was working? At what age did you start consulting about a hair transplant?

    Does anyone know of any success thread of people being able to grow back their temples from a Norwood 2? I’ve had trouble finding anything on the forum?

    Thanks yea if I was gonna do it i would of course want it to look natural make sense for the face and such, but I will continue the microneedling and rogaine and who knows maybe it might grow back when I started fin i had more hair on the temples but as you can see the hairs have miniaturized to baby hair that are only barely visible if I can somehow revive them using those methods I can put off a hair transplant or not even get one at all

    Yea I hate the tiktoker fringe style haha and as someone who can tell if someone’s balding it’s usually guys who are hiding something or have a giant forehead lol I’ve always been a fan more of David Beckham hairstyles lately right now like the texture hair on top and fade on the sides I use a tiny bit of fibers lightly and it works for now but yea I think it’s best to wait a few years on finasteride to be a better candidate I think I have good donor too here’s what I mean your not fooling anyone lol at least not here

    How my hairline looks in that picture is how I would like it to be again maybe a bit thicker and more defined it frames everything better but alas it’s too early now I’ve only been on finasteride a year so like may people said it could get worse thanks for all the advice!

    Not a fan of the fringe lol but the faux hawk is actually what I used to do when I had a little more hair on the hairline to be able to line up do u happen to have a picture of how you looked with that hair style thanks!

    Thanks for the advice I’ve been on finasteride for nearly a year now btw and I micro needle and put minoxidil on the hairline but like one user previously said that hair that’s left seems to be the last remnants of the hairline I used to have

    Yea it’s pretty full everywhere else crown and mid scalp just sucks that the hairline has a receded look doesn’t frame my face very well and even with micro needling and rogaine and finasteride I haven’t been able to gain any ground back well hopefully in the next 5 years something comes out that can regrow hair where you use it lol

    Yea I use dark brown too what brand do you use I use febron but is there any difference brand wise since there’s a wide variation of prices on Amazon

    Right but if your committed to taking fin for life like I am and need a relatively small procedure and overall loss around the head isn’t present that would make a big difference it’s tempting for sure haha I’ll be 23 in a few months so if hair remains as is it’s safe to say the fin has done it job so far, do you think based on my hair type that 1600 grafts is enough? I’ve seen similar cases where they use 2000?

    Definitely a cautionary tale for sure but I will see how it progresses this year been fatefully taking fin and I hope it does it’s job and then I can look into getting a procedure done

    Even with taking fin? Well I’m willing to even take dut if that’s the case but it looks like my donor has plenty or reserve just in case and hmr and Nader seem to be really good at getting dense results I truly hope fin does it’s job and keeps my hair as is because rn it seems to just be temporal loss but no regrowth so it’s doing it’s job of stopping any further progression

    Yea bro I’ve seen your transplant and it’s very similar to what I’m looking to achieve and I think that getting something like 1600 grafts or maybe a little more would leave me very satisfied and I’ve been on meds and don’t plan on stopping dermarollin and rogaine isn’t doing anything because as u said they’re prolly too far gone and even if I managed to grow it back my hairline has never been that good to begin with do you remember where u read about that though?

    Thanks Gatsby I’ve been on fin for a while now with no side effects and plan on taking, well for as long as I can do u think my donor is average or below or above average density wise?

    Thanks I’ve been following your thread and a dr bisanga case closely I’ve been on fin for a year and yea I agree that those baby hair are never coming back even with the use of rogaine, I have similar hair to yours

    Try fin if I was you since it looks like your gonna need more than one surgery is do fut first then fue or u can do fut and get it covered by smp or fue later on
