    Just stop using if that happens it won’t don’t they’re overblown I was just like u afraid to take it so is started by taking it every other day and eventually everyday now I have no issues you could get a small fue transplant to define the temples more maybe 500 grafts if you wish

    You could it wouldn’t be many grafts tho if your genes have baldness you should probably get on finasteride if no symptoms occur continue use you probably only need a few hundred grafts itd be a very minor procedure

    Start by taking one every other day, I myself started with topical finasteride then moved on to taking a pill everyday and have had no side effects

    You wouldn’t need too many grafts to fill in the temples maybe 2k if that You don’t “need” one but I can see that the crown is thinning so I would hop on finasteride if I were you to stop it right now it doesn’t look bad gel makes the hair look thinner too but maybe getting a small procedure on the hairline only would make a big difference

    It’s looks great maybe they can punch out the weird grafts there do you have pictures with a skin fade to see how bad the holes are? Most ppl who get procedures under 2k grafts it’s very hard to see that they have scars all over

    If I were you I would get a fade on the sides and comb it over to the right side to hide it a bit or play around with fibers

    You have to take finasteride based on the pictures I think 3K grafts would be enough to cover hairline and crown but without taking finasteride first don’t even bother it’s the only proven thing to stop further loss Dr Nader in Mexico is good it’s about 5k for 2k grafts if you take finasteride for a year and reassess maybe 2k grafts for the hairline and little bit on crown to be conservative

    Start taking finasteride first it’ll stop any more hair loss from occurring unfortunately it’s gonna be tough to regrow bald areas stay on fin for at least a year the re access

    Yt is flooded with patients that go there it’s cheaper but they always look over-harvested there’s probably like two cases that I’ve seen that look really really good tho but the rest not so good

    Yea I agree no one could tell anyways but I eventually want a more permanent solution but basically how those pictures are is how I want my hairline to be shaped like so I it gave me a good idea of how much of a difference it is

    I experimented with fibers today as a way to kinda showcase where I would want my hairline to be at normally I don’t use fibers there since it looks very obvious but I did just as a way to see how it would frame the face if I had my hairline at that point and I like how it looks here I don’t know if what I drew before was more aggressive or not

    There probably Less then 100 surgeons worldwide maybe less then 50 that can be trusted to give you an good result so research is crucial besides with 3k if your a low Norwood you can get a good result

    Wow your hair before looked good but I see why you wanted to fill in the temples it’s gonna frame your face better and you’ll look younger
