  1. Just blur your face without pics it’s hard to see how bad it is, I’m a nw 2 and I was quoted 2k grafts, your gonna end up needing to pay closer to 6-7k are you on medication?
  2. Try fin or try topical if you can’t stop your hairloss there’s no point to a transplant you only need maybe 1500 grafts but fin might be able to regrow some back
  3. I would suggest topical finasteride, and some dark brown hair fibers it will make you not look thin
  4. You got a skin fade before the procedure I’m thinking doing this too probably a mid fade and keep the length on top similar to hide it it how noticeable is it after two weeks? Are you able to hide it’s sufficiently?
  5. I’m not going to bisanga I’m going to his close colleague mwamba lol, I was wondering if op asked about his temple points at all, and no my temples points are solid will just do the recession
  6. Any of those two are excellent but I would say your gonna need more grafts then 3.5k grafts
  7. Amazing I’m hoping for a similar result later this year also going for a similar amount of grafts are you thinking on perhaps improving the temple points to frame the face?
  8. I think 2k grafts is good you have coarse hair so maybe not even that is needed
  9. Context is impossible to see through text tho this is why a lot of ppl get in trouble for things they say as a joke through text
  10. The redness can stay for awhile best to get your hair on top like keep 3 inches long and fringe it while your transplant heals
  11. I have about the same degree of hairloss and 2k grafts seems right it’s gonna be hard to hide it but it’s f you go to a doctor who doesn’t shave the recipient area you can hide it easier that’s what I’m gonna do
  12. Look great another surgery from dr pradeep will be the icing on the cake
  13. Well a bowl cut like that I think gives even more attention to your hair don’t know why people do that have to be more subtle imo no ethical surgeon will do a transplant at 18 your just gonna have to wait perhaps you have a naturally high hairline but first you need to see that you don’t bald further
  14. All those options are excellent I’ve only seen mwamba do beard out of those names but they’re all great choices for hairlines
  15. Surprising that they do think your a good candidate at your age tbh, on the forum your going to hear more conservative answers rarely do you see anyone younger then 25 post results because they’re usually rare, I would say that if your 22 and your a Norwood 3 or under and on medication and it’s stabilized and your conservative on grafts then it’s acceptable but your case it looks worse then a Norwood 3 and no medication usage I’ve consulted with many docs and even though I’m similar in age they’ve all have agreed to do surgery on me given my use of medication and my hairloss being a Norwood 2 of course it’s ideal to wait your stabilized because you can bald behind the grafts and it will look weird
  16. Dr mwamba does surgery in the US NJ and Atlanta
  17. You need a lot of grafts maybe 3000-3500 if you want the hairline addressed too you’ve been on fin for 7 years and are still losing hair? That’s cause for concern maybe it’s not preventing enough dht
