I have finally decided it is time to get a HT I have seen great before & afters in these threads.
I am Melbourne based & from what I can tell the surgeons here are not upto scratch or show very little before & afters. So I have decided to go to turkey for my HT.
I looked in to dr Koray I was quoted around $22,000 (aud) for 5000-5500 grafts unfortunately this is out of my price range.
So with further research I came across “cinik” after sending my photos to them they suggested only 33500 to 4000 grafts
I have attached a photo below just looking to hear peoples reviews on dr cinik or other suggested surgeons. Also if we think 4000 grafts will be enough?
Thank you all for your continuous posts I appreciate it.
Everyone and their mother has tried to persuade me out of getting a hair transplant in Mexico, but it’s affordable and I read/write/speak Spanish. Even folks on The Bald Truth and other popular Youtubers warn about going to Mexico for cosmetic surgeries and they all repeatedly recite, “you get what you pay for”. Although I find it odd that none of their surgeons are board certified, I’ve seen some life changing results from Dr. Nader and Dr. Gaston De La Garza. Honestly if I could afford a $20,000 hairline from Dr. Craig Ziering in Hollywood, I wouldn’t think twice.
So, is there some kind of prejudice within the hairloss community or are there more instances of botched FUT surgeries that I just haven’t seen?
So I'm a new member so this is all new to me so here my story goes and in advance I appreciate the advice that is given
Over the past 3 or so years I've noticed that my hairline has receded around my temples and the frontal area of my hairline, it was something that always bothered me as I think I have a large forehead and I'm limited to what kind of hairstyles I want but lately it has just bothered me more as time goes on and I want have my natural hairline I had when I was younger restored so it has brought me here! I've been following this website for months now and I find it so helpful for everyone else so I hope the same can be done for me I'm still young only at the age of 24 but over the past few months I have been researching hair transplant surgeons all across europe and I'm just slightly confused as to who would be best for me, what I want to have done and isn't too expensive either! My dad (in his 60's) and my two brothers (both in their late 30's ) have developed the exact same hairline as me so I believe it must be a form of genetics playing its role in some way and I just dont like it and want to have just a fuller more dense frontal hairline and maybe have my hairline lowered by an inch or so to give my forehead a smaller appearance, I have attached a few images of what my hairline is like at the moment, doesn't look as bad in the images at the moment as I'm letting my hair grow out so I can cover the areas of the temples that have receded but you can see where it has receded! Any advice on surgeons that arent too overly expensive I would greatly appreciate it thanks guys
Long time follower, new poster. I am considering a HT in Bangkok. I am considering getting it at 'Million Hair Transplant Centre' with Dr. Thitiwat Wirarojratchakul.
I have minimal loss and mostly working on my hairline.
I know this forum is very pro doctors on this particular hair transplant network but would appreciate if anyone on here had any experience with this particular doctor and clinic. I went for a consult and everything seemed clean and professional.
I would appreciate any information.
I'm recently new to this and am currently just doing some looking around... I currently live in Ontario, Canada. I'm wondering if any individuals on here can comment on or recommend different surgeons within Canada (preferably Ontario).
I'm going to be doing my own research but I'm hoping some personal feedback from all of you will help with the process of me finding a great surgeon!
In addition, I'm wondering if anyone has comments about costs/what to expect in regards how much hair transplants can typically cost in Ontario, Canada?
