    If you get the opportunity and are somewhat local, I recommend doing this! I had an in person consultation with Dr. Bisanga and it gave me clarity on my situation.

    Extraordinary results! Patient must be over the moon. I think his lack of contrast between his hair and scalp color is benefitting him.

    Take a look at what is said about temporary shedding in the following link. Perhaps the oral minoxidil is more effective than topical prompting the shed. I would give it a couple of more weeks to see if shedding subsides. https://www.midlandskin.co.uk/conditions/minoxidil/#:~:text=Temporary shedding is very common,will stop after 4 weeks.
