    Yea some grafts did not survive. Wasn’t a bad first procedure but just not what I was expecting

    Where on the east coast ? I think the first step is letting your hair grow and getting an in person consult with a very good doctor to determine what your options are.

    I did do this about 2 weeks after my procedure and it worked well to be honest. I hadn’t shed yet so it kinda gave me a preview Of what I was going to get, it was awesome lol.... In the end it didn’t look The same but I don’t think the make-up messed anything up. i use to wear hard hats all the time with a fitted cap underneath because I had long hair.

    Thanks Edward, I thought about the meds for a very long time 4-5 years and after some research I decided to give it a shot. If anything comes up, I will drop it immediately.

    Thanks cahustler, Yea I was going through the same feelings before having my procedure lol. Good thing you held off that long because I’m sure the industry wasn’t as good 30 years ago as it’s been in the last 15. The internet is a huge help to find good doctors instead of going to the local guy in town. The increase in hair transplants in men and women is deff a good sign and make it no so much a taboo anymore. which doctor are you going with and what is your hair loss at?

    Yea saying you can do 11k - 12k grafts fue from someones donor is hard to believe. In theory you can take even more out but will it look good and not depleted ? Find it hard to believe. I know some people have really good donor that you can keep digging into and it will hold up but I think that amount is kinda pushing it. I could be wrong I’m no doctor.

    I was smoking a pack a day. A week before my procedure I started vaping and since the day of procedure haven’t smoked going to be 1 month since my last cigarette and 3 weeks since I vaped. Ive also been planning on quitting for the longest and I found an excuse for it also my wife kept annoying me about it lol

    What a difference, and I get that you would want to do a touch up in the front. I think when you go for second ht to fill the crown and touch up the front you’ll be very happy lol. btw the long hair looks good !

    Fue has far more scaring than fut btw

    Oh okay, I wasn’t sure if it was just the fut scar or fut/fue scars. At some point in the future (1-2 years) I will be visiting your facility probably depending how my fut scar looks.

    Yea I bet, I can’t wait til I’m in the same situation as you lol I’m only 2 weeks out but I’m very excited to see what this journey brings me with Dr. Bloxham. its worth the trade off honestly even if my scar was a little more wide I wouldn’t be upset as long as I get the growth in the front I’ll be happy. Yea the options you have to get rid of the scar are great (smp,fue) thanks Steve.
