When patients have shock loss around the scar on an FUT procedure, what are the main causes? Is it surgeon skill? Luck? Genetics? Some physiological characteristic? I know what shock loss but I do not understand why some people get it and some do not and amongst those that do, why some have it bad and some not so bad. I imagine somebody is going to say all of these suggested factors, which will not be helpful at all, but if anybody has any inputs, that would be great.
Thanks!
