  1. Yes, I think it’s very misleading to post a pre-op top down but not post the same angle post-op.
  2. How big was the area addressed in square centimeters? Looks to be around 80.
  3. Unbelievable result man. Must feel amazing. And yes, you are very lucky to avoid the dreaded crown loss. That is a game changer. Enjoy.
  4. Showing a top-down pre-op and none in the post-op is egregiously trying to manipulate the results, lighting aside.
  5. Who said anything about lighting? The issue is that there wasn’t a top-down shot of the crown shown in Keller’s post. It’s known that most top, respected surgeons will show a top-down, especially if the crown was the area addressed! You are sure quick to come to the surgeon’s defense a vast majority of the time. Isn’t this forum supposed to by patients, for patients?
  6. Really scary how much a surgeon can manipulate after photos. To be fair, I’ve never been a fan of Keller’s work and have seen few, if any, impressive results from him.
  7. Excellent result. Big fan of Dr. Feriduni's work. This isn't even a full year post-op so more smoothing should be expected.
  8. Actually, after see your pre-op, I take that back. You were pretty slick bald back there and probably needed closer to 4000. I had more hair in my crown than you and had 3700 there.
  9. Sorry to see this. Doesn’t look like 2000 grafts grew though.
  10. My original question was regarding the use of multi-follicular units which I know the top surgeons in the US do not use. Maybe they’re not considers micro or mini grafts but they’re still an outdated method.
  11. His post above says he was unable to post for ten days because he was banned. If you’re getting caught up in the definition between banned and suspended, you’re entirely missing the point. Let’s not get lost in the semantics and focus on the issue which is that threats of banning and suspension are too carelessly thrown around on this forum.
  12. I always understood a follicular unit as one unit containing anywhere from 1 to 5 hairs so when someone says multi-follicular units, I take it as a graft with more than one follicular unit with each unit containing 1 to 5 hairs. This by definition is not single-follicular unit surgery. Am I wrong in that assessment?
  13. Since when did this forum turn into the White House? People getting banned for expressing an opinion that differs from the moderators, smh.
  14. No agenda. Just expressing my opinion. I think I have a right to do that. I’m not being vulgar or combative. I’m normalizing results so when prospective patients see results like this, they know this is not the norm. If you look at my post history, you’ll see I’ve applauded many results worthy of praise. I would think people (patients and surgeons) on this forum would appreciate and welcome candid and honest feedback. I thought that was the whole point of this forum, to increase transparency.
  15. Multi-follicular units so basically micro grafts which are an outdated technology. Maybe it’s the hair length or the fact that it’s parted down the middle that is causing th hairline to look thin.
  16. Honestly, not a fan of this work. Why do you still use MFUs and why did it take 3 sessions to reach 5400 when most surgeons can easily do it in 2, if not 1?
  17. The person with horrible grammar calling someone else a dumbass. Oh, the irony.
  18. Not to be a jerk but can you please type in complete sentences and spell out the word “and”? It hurts my head reading your posts. Thank you.
  19. Awesome result with a efficient use of grafts. Looks like a completely different man. FUT still king. Think this guy worries about that linear scar?!
