    Seriously, why do people go to such janky, unproven clinics and then get upset when results aren’t as expected? If you can’t afford a renowned surgeon, stop, and wait until you can. You don’t get many redos with this.

    I wouldn’t consider you to have had “a slicked bald head” as it looks like your crown has stayed intact. Crown loss is the kiss of death as I’ve had 3,700 grafts in my crown alone. Amazing result nonetheless. Happy for you.

    No, not normal. Looks like it wasn’t dense packed to begin with. It’s early but don’t expect a one-time satisfactory result with this one. I would start talking with the clinic about possible remedies.

    In my opinion, it’s better to show a post-op top-down view in order to show someone at their worst angle than to omit and for viewers to presume the worst.

    Excellent work as it looks like a majority of the natives were kept intact. Is the patient on meds? I hear they almost have to when working between native hair.
