3179 graft FUE with Dr. Tejinder Bhatti in Chandigarh, India
Harebrained replied to mjht's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Looks natural. Looks as if your hair grows fast. If your concerned about the denisty, you look like you have more than enough donor to thicken it up later as much as you want. A bit of Toppik would probably do wonders in the mean time. Otherwise I think you have a good result. -
Thanks for posting! Please continue the updates. High NW cases are always intriguing, espessially when it comes to changing ones overall appearance and life. Just curious, what was your scheduled wait time for your procedure?

Hair Transplant (4000 grafts) with Dr Arika and Dr Pradeep
Harebrained replied to jt79's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Even though it is thin, the donor area at least from this image appears well healed. -
Nice feathering. Really like how the original hairline was kept and just enhanced. Looks like a good conservative use of the grafts

Wow! This is certainly one of the best transformations I can remember seeing. I'm sure the minoxidil is doing you a favor but from where you began and having your work done by mostly techs this is just incredible. Congratulations!

Should this Dr ever been recommended? He was performing FUE but had no documented results? So we were assuming they would have been on par with other highly recommended Drs results? The Dr. himself actually stated they wouldn't post their FUE results until they were satisfied with them. Still learning? The before and after images that were presented lack consistent lighting, angles etc.... I would say his results appear to be average to slightly above, I'm hoping were striving above mediocrity here. Did any mods or for that matter members even visit and report out on this clinic?

Getting A Transplant Tomorrow
Harebrained replied to harlot's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Looking forward to your before and afters! Good luck. -
I certainly dont want to get in the middle of this debate, however I would like to say I have a great amount of respect for Dr. Vories for being 100% involved in his patients procedures. Also his pricing for FUE is very competitive across the industy. With that said I would like to add there is a previously mentioned patient advocate that has written an entire article outside this forum about the concerns of Dr.Vories using concealers in his post ops. That article goes so far as to use some of those very photo images of concern outlining the questionable areas. Personally I really have no opinon other than to say regardless of the accusations, before/after photos or videos that emerge from top Drs. or clinics should be unquestionable and consistent. With todays technology there is very little time or money needed to make this investment, and certainly no excuses. I feel strongly that some type of optional protocal inregards to how this is achieved along with a rating system makes sense. Reqirements such as lighting, bulb type, background, image angles and room dimensions are all easily achievable. I work in an unrelated industry that requires these type of imaging requiements right down to the model of camera used and its settings. I certainly dont want to sound anal but you could go so far as removing physician involment and using a certififed third party. I'm no doubt sure that would get tremendous pushback from a number of Drs./clinics. JohnCasper, I know you have had a great result from Dr. Vories. I've seen your results prior to your post, and I'm sure as unintentional as it may be, the lighting in your before and after posted in this thread is itself questionable to this very subject, not to mention the image sizing differences.. You are a patient advocate for Dr. Vories and have had over 7,000 grafts. Given your level of prior baldness I would expect nothing less from a top HT surgeon, especially from those recomended here. At the end of the day it's about honesty and integrity. Why would any talented or reputable hair transplant surgeon even want their images to be subjectively questionable? My last comment would be to commemorate and thank the moderators here for allowing and being open minded enough to allow the questioning of images from an HRN recommended surgeon. I have very personal reasons for wanting to see the hair transplant community and industry to continue ascend to a level of unomprimising standards. It's forums and threads such as this that makes me feel were still headed in the right direction (hopefully)…..................

I would go with the Drs advice. You may respond well to the Finasteride. Otherwise or in the meantime with all that surrounding hair you have, some creative combing and toppik would make that spot dissapear!

Very encouraging especially considering you have months of growth left. Please continue to keep us updated. Thanks for posting. -
Some good advice previously posted for you. First and foremost do not limit any of your future transplants based on location. Many individuals travel around the world in order to receive the care and proper individualized treatment necessary to increase their potential for a successful transplant. There are no guarentees. However choosing clinics like Colorado Hair or Bosley you are really stacking the odds against yourself. Do your research! Here and elsewhere. Do not rely on one forum or source to make any future desicions. Take your time. You look to have plenty of donor so dont waste another follicule based on location or price per graft.

Very natural looking hairline!

Absolutley amazing! Although the fuss/fue debate rages on, when the doctor himself is that involved in the complete procedure from extraction to placement there seems to be less of an arguement. When a Dr. is as involved as Dr. Vories, he/she leaves their personal signature on that individuals scalp and life. Dr. Vories overall results should make anyone considering a technician ran clinic run for the hills. Although being a high NW myself and considering a strip procedure for later this year, I again will reevaluate my own situation.

Need advice on a good doctor in my area
Harebrained replied to citizenkage's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Wow $60,000 for 6000 FUE. That's a hell of price for a Dr who has been rumored to draw you a hairline and leave you with his technicians to complete your surgery. Not bad for a days pay. Anyway thanks for sharing your story in detail citizenkage. Please keep us updated as to your progress and any future additional procedures. -
The ISHRS has standards? I always thought as long as you pay your dues you get your badge.
