  1. I haven't uploaded my one year pics because I just had a second procedure done with Dr. Jerry Wong. I will upload some pictures soon and will continue to keep everyone posted on my progress from my second procedure. We pulled 3,066 grafts and I think I might be all out of grafts now. So between the 2 procedures I got around 7,500 grafts. We worked on the crown and temples this time and used the leftovers to fill in for some density.

  3. Hi everyone, These are my 10 month pics, with better angles then my previous months. I did some top down ones. Keep in mind that I desperately need a haircut. I just wanted to grow it out to see what would happen. I feel as though it is starting to thicken up but that it also looks sloppy the way it is in these pics. Anyways, here they are and thanks everyone for responding and providing me with encouragement.

  5. I don't know why the pictures are coming in sideways. It did this on my other post too. It happened ever since I upgraded my mac to El Capitan. Anyone have any advice on this?
  6. These are my 9 month pics. I took them from the front this time so Dr. Wong can see my frame. I'm planning on having a second procedure hopefully within the next month or so. I'm feeling pretty good about it. I think my frame looks much better but there's some areas on the top that are a little thin and my crown area does bother me being that it's completely bald. I want to get that covered in my next procedure. What I'd like to do is work on my crown and thicken up some of the thin areas. I'm guessing my next procedure will yield approximately 2500 grafts give or take, so hopefully that'll be enough to do what I'm hoping for.
  7. wow! I don't know why they came through sideways. WTF! Sorry about that guys.
  8. These are my 9 month pics. I took most of them from the front on for Dr. Wong to see as I'm planning on having a second procedure done hopefully within the next month or so.
  9. Ok, so I screwed up my dates and recently realized that my surgery was July 23rd so I'm actually on my 8 months now. Sorry about that for those of you who have been following my progress. I thought it looked better then what these pictures show. There's alot of bald and thin areas still all throughout the top. I think a decent haircut would help but I dunno.

  11. Yeah I was really bummed about the 6 month waiting period because prior to my surgery I was working out alot and got really strong. Needless to say, after waiting 6 months to work out again, I've lost all my strength and had to start back at the bottom. I'm going for a second surgery soon, and I will use your advice this time, thank you.
  12. Thanks for the insight. I'll look into those other two products you mentioned. I'll do some trial and error with all this stuff and do some exercises at my house to work up a good sweat and see what happens.
  13. Yeah that was for FUE only. I couldn't believe it! I almost passed out when I was quoted that price. Yeah I'm pretty sure I have some pre-op photos somewhere, I'll take a look and upload some if I still have. I would love to get 7k total. Dr. Wong did say I had good laxity and I'll start with the laxity exercises before my next surgery. I'm at the 7 month mark now and Dr. Wong said he'd like to wait til the 10 month mark before my next procedure. So only 3 months to go. I don't recall if he told me how many grafts I had left, if he did I don't remember but hopefully it is in the 3k range so I can get the 7k total. Thank you for the positive reinforcement on my progress.
  14. Also, my FUT procedure did not cover my crown, I have a pretty good sized bald spot there still. Can I use the concealers on that specific area where there is no hair?
  15. I want to get back to the gym, as it was recommended to me to not lift weights for 6 months after my FUT. Well, I just recently hit my 6 month mark and am planning on getting back into shape. I was going to do one of those fitness boot camps for a month to get my body acclimated to exercise and weight training again. I plan on doing pretty heavy cardio as well. Needless to say, I am probably going to be sweating pretty hard. I purchased some concealers a couple days ago, but haven't had a chance to try them out yet. I ordered Toppik and Infinity. I am considering purchasing Nanogen as well. My question is, will these concealers come off with sweat or quick moving/running/sprinting? Should I purchase the "lock-on" mist thatcsome of these companies advertise as being waterproof and windproof? I'd like to hear from someone who has some experience with this.
