  1. When you say you’re surgeon do you mean that it wasn’t a totally tech driven procedure? Normally at Vera they draw on the hairline and that’s the input over with. Much as I don’t like Vera from the one pic I can see it looks ok for the amount of grafts used. Can you show some more pics so we can see you’re particular concerns?
  2. Can’t agree with the above comment from the Dr, at only 7 months this is looking pretty good.
  3. @Dr. Felipe Pittella good to see you’re now on the recommended list. Results like this just cement the fact it was well deserved and over due. Excellent presentation as per usual 👍🏽
  4. Very nicely done, the direction of the hairs are spot on! Such a natural look 👍🏽
  5. Oh so it was Virginia Wrecking Centre after all?
  6. Unfortunately I don’t believe there are any good choices in Turkey for Afrocentric hair. Some people (Rarely) got lucky with HOI, Asli Tarcan and Heva but they are hair mills and should be avoided. Just because they have strong marketing and seemingly good reviews on unreliable sources (Yelp/Trustpilot/FB/Insta etc) they manage to get a lot of traction. What you need is someone who is actually skilled and had proven results with Afro hair, so guys like Dr Mwamba, Dr Bisanga, @DrTBarghouthi, Dr Feriduni and maybe Dr Lupanzula. You will still find the occasional miss, but absolutely nowhere near the same rate as a unknown tech working at one of the above hair mills. Trawl the forum, and look elsewhere too, don’t trust any one opinion and just try and see for yourself who is actually able to do good work. Look for actual patient posted review’s accompanied by pics, reach out to them and check they are genuine. Longevita are not one of these that excel in Afro hair (or any other) they are a middle man.
  7. Yeah me too, it annoys me when I see others say he is present or involved when he’s very much a hands off Dr.
  8. Please can you let us know if the Dr did anything for you’re procedure? Was it just a case of him drawing the hairline?
  9. You have no doubt done all the research in to possible solutions, it’s always worth reaching out to some top tier Drs who can advise after seeing you’re pics. @DrTBarghouthi, @sl(BHR) who is a rep for Dr Bisanga, @Dr. Vladimir Panine, Dr Mwamba, Dr Feriduni and Dr Cooley as just a few suggestions! A lot of guys will seek a repair for these kind of issues, not always appropriate but maybe help to camouflage previous poor work.
  10. Much as I don’t care for the clinic much, they are capable of producing decent work on occasion. From what I can see here I don’t see any major concerns, it does not look over harvested. That’s a lot of grafts in one session it’s going to look pretty raw.
  11. Yeah they really are something else, seen some horrendous results from those particular “Clinics” over the years 😒
  12. Ok the one that’s linked to the same people though?
  13. Sorry to hear of you’re experience. You don’t have to say of course, but was it the Virginia Surgical Centre ?
  14. I remember you’re case, and I’m pleased to read you’re in a much, much better place now 👍🏽
  15. Eugenix do some pretty good work when it comes to using Beard hair. However they are not the only decent choice, have a look around the forum for cases involving Beard/Scalp hair.
