  1. Some nice progress here 👍🏽
  2. Some very nice Improvements over the last pics 👍🏽
  3. I feel @Gatsby is the guy to ask, he has a wealth of knowledge/experience in the exact location 🙃
  4. Problem is knowing if these Drs are really that good or not. You can mention these Drs names and the clinics, just not by way of a direct link. you're stuck between a rock and a hard place now, one transplant in and without Fin you will be chasing the loss. Of course it’s possible that Verteporfin maybe beneficial in the future, but it’s early days. Some are ok on a low dose of Fin, but yeah of course if you have particular concerns I can understand it may not be a option. The cost may be cheaper where you are, but you simply cannot take any chances on getting the next inevitable transplant right. I don’t have experience on any Egyptian Drs/Clinics, but am Interested to take a look and then give some feedback.
  5. For that amount of grafts I think the Dr was obviously too ambitious, the area that needs covering was large. It could have been worse, you do have some growth, maybe not optimal, but it certainly can be improved upon. At a young age I hope you are on a med regime. You still have hair that will be lost unless you introduce one. This time around you need to be choosing some of the elite Drs that can hopefully make every graft count. Who are the guys you have been considering/consulting with?
  6. Agreed, and it’s always best to follow the Drs advice.
  7. Absolutely not worth any risk, if you continue to notice changes in you’re body then please keep up the hospital/Dr checks 🙏
  8. Yeah I work as a Nurse and this is exactly what happens, people usually choose to have it removed, it generally won’t come back. And they do seem to usually stay as they are and not get worse/or go away.
  9. Yeah concentrate on what’s the most Important, and that’s keeping as well as you possibly can. Are they looking at removing the lump?
  10. Sorry to hear that, you’re general health comes first always, but it’s gutting to hear.
  11. Price doesn’t equal the best Dr either… Dr Linkov offers a $100k package 😂
  12. Yeah definitely subjective, I could agree with Dr Zarev, Dr Munib, Dr Couto but also think Dr Pittella is doing some really good work. Others like @DrTBarghouthi and Dr Panine I think are underrated (personal opinion). Some of Dr Freitas work is excellent but others are not so Impressed with his implanting (row like on occasion) I’m not so “wowed” by H&W these days, and as a all rounder I still really like Dr Bisanga. Dr Nader is another name that’s become synonymous with really good work (and a growing waiting list)
  13. Ok thats a reasonable amount, if you do go ahead I hope you post the journey here 😉
  14. How many grafts did Dr Panine propose to lower/reinforce the hairline?
  15. Are you absolutely sure you want to get a hair transplant? Mid 30s on meds and what to me looks like a really, really good hair of hair. I saw the earlier pics of the hairline and in you’re shoes I wouldn’t even risk it, it’s not going to match that natural density you currently have, it’s not guaranteed to look as natural as you might like. You’re hair and you’re decision obviously, just would give it some really serious thought.
  16. Yeah I don’t know why he keeps the same rep that caused all the issues, pretty sure he would be on the forum recommended if that wasn’t the case. Not that he needs the recommendation as he’s ok getting work 😉
  17. @itonlyhurtsforaminute no updates for this? Looks like another hit n run post.
  18. Have you got any immediate post op pics? Out of curiosity was it Sean or Ben Benham, one is a dermatologist (Ben) and the other (Sean) does Hair Transplants.
  19. All the hairs won’t be coming through yet, it’s a 12 month journey, this is just the beginning. You’re totally on track. Did the clinic not give you the expected timeline for growth? For most people the initial hairs won’t even begin until month 4.
