Greetings,
As a patient of Vera Clinic, I underwent an FUE procedure with 3500 grafts, aiming to restore my hairline and front temple area. The clinic's reputation convinced me to choose them for my hair transplant in May 2022. I was optimistic about the results, considering my hair loss had stabilized over the years, and I was 41 years old at the time. Initially, things seemed to progress well, but around the 4-month mark, I noticed areas with no visible growth on my mid-scalp and front hairline. Despite using 5% minoxidil, the problem persisted, leading to concerns about the success of the grafts. At the 6-month milestone, there were still minimal improvements, raising doubts about the procedure's effectiveness. In search of answers, I recently consulted my surgeon at Vera Clinic. He was just as puzzled by the lack of progress in certain areas and offered to perform a complimentary second procedure. While I appreciate their dedication to addressing the issue, I am hesitant to proceed without understanding the underlying reasons. Throughout this journey, Vera Clinic has provided excellent support, which I truly value. While my current situation may be atypical, I believe they genuinely care about their patients and want to achieve the best results. I'm hopeful that we can find a solution together, and I'll continue to keep faith in their expertise.
