  1. One word. Youth. Bald ppl look older than they actually are.
  2. Thanks for all the helpful replies. I was using rogaine foam for years with ok results. I switched to lipogaine and felt like it gave me an edge. Then when perfect hair came out I tried that and couldn’t use it because it gave me a rash. I went back to rogaine foam then that irritated my scalp as well. Tried going back a couple times and always irritatation. I just tried using rogaine liquid and so far so good. My plan is to stay on it as long as I don’t get a rash, and if all goes well try lipogaine again in the future.

    Propecia

Ok guys I’ve been on it about a week now. Don’t know if it’s a placebo effect or what but I do feel a spike in testosterone similar to when I first started using generic finasteride years ago. We’ll see.

    Propecia

I’ve decided to keep it and try it. Curious if it will give me an edge over the generic I’ve been using.
  5. Looks great! Congrats!
  6. What do you guys think is better ? And what brand ?
  7. I’ve been using it 2x a week. It seems to get rid of the “hair loss itch” I used to feel sometimes in my vertex area.
  8. I actually experienced a positive side effect. I felt a spike in testosterone when I started using it.

    Propecia

Anyone need a one months supply of genuine propecia? Pm me
  10. Harin, your hair looks amazing! Congrats! Do you have a current pic of your vertex?
  11. The tablets are not for hair loss. Serious side effects are reported. Use the liquid or foam applied directly to the scalp. I prefer the foam.
  12. I have one months supply of genuine propecia available. Pm me.
  13. Your hair looks good. Most ppl on here wish they had your hair. I agree propecia would help a lot. I’d give it a year to do its thing. In the meantime, save money for a possible procedure after a year.
  14. Are they scalp grafts? Mine straightened out after a year or so.
  15. You have to use the shampoo regularly for it to work. It takes time.
  16. For me, when I started using finasteride, it felt like my testosterone spiked.
  17. You definitely are a candidate. No need to wait. Don’t be embarrassed to ask for propecia. I just emailed my doc for it. She sent me to the lab for a blood test, then authorized it.
  18. I agree with previous posts. You’re far too young to have a transplant. Finasteride can help a lot especially for diffuse thinners. My surgeon gave me the best advice for it. Try it. If you get side effects stop it. Try the shaved head look and or concealers. Even a hair system.
