  1. I wouldn’t up the dose for a while then lower it. Find the dosage routine you want and stick with it.
  2. No sorry. I wore it buzzed in only the first year or so after ht.
  3. My bad sounded like you wanted to save money. If you want the best fue go with Dr Diep
  4. For fue Dr Vories does great work for a great price. His fees are posted on his website.
  5. Your hair loss is not too bad. You are definitely a good candidate for a transplant. Try giving the finasteride a year to work then re evaluate. You have diffuse hair loss which generally responds well to finasteride.
  6. It's not a must. If you do decide to use it, don't use more than 2x weekly.
  7. Looks good. I had around the same number of grafts done by Dr Diep as well. I'm sure you'll be happy.
  8. 10 months is still early for finasteride. You could possibly see improvements up to the 2 year point. I'd hold off until then. In the meantime, toppik would be good if it bothers you. Your crown looks good actually. Most of us on this site would kill for a crown like that.
  9. I recently grew my hair out a bit and I'm more thankful than ever that I got fue. With the sides buzzed down to a 1/2 or 1 guard it looks the best. It blends in with the crown a lot better. When grown out longer, the crown looks worse. More contrast. Also, my retrograde alopecia is apparent. Not so when buzzed down on the sides. Had to get a haircut fast lol.
  10. 4 weeks off is awesome! How big is the procedure ?
  11. I agree with other posters. Looks pretty good for a flap. Yes, you could have an fue procedure and I'm sure in the hands of a great surgeon it will make a huge difference. Unfortunately without finasteride the results will be temporary as you will experience further loss. You'll probably need another procedure after that if you have donor available. It's a gamble. Nobody knows how much hair they will lose in the future.
  12. I buy it through my healthcare provider. Kaiser Permanente.
  13. I think you are a candidate. I recommend having consultations with a few recommended surgeons, tell them your expectations and get their opinions.
  14. So you will drive the day after the second procedure day correct ? If so then yes.
