  1. I think it looks really good Baldietwo - you have come a long way. Did Dr B tell you how many grafts you had left after your last surgery?
  2. I think the guy should have shaved his hair off or looked at a hair piece. His baldness is far too extensive and I don't think it is fair to the patient to take his money as undoubtedly it would have been very expensive and the result in person will not look good in my opinion. The lighting is far too different to give an acceptable comparison.
  3. I think it looks really good for 6 months. What do you feel is disappointing about it Rootz?
  4. I think is a very good topic Spanker. There are individual components that I would take from several clinics having noticed them and combine them altogether to form the ideal way in my opinion of how a clinic should present their work.
  5. Viking, I would consult with the recommended surgeons on here in Belgium. All of the top surgeons I know of all charge by grafts and not hairs. I would assume crown work requires grafts with more hairs per graft then single hairs you would put in the hairline.
  6. I like the combo of the first several centimetres transplant at a high density and hair piece in behind. That would be something I would definitely consider if I was a high Norwood under certain conditions. Great work.
  7. Impressive - I think that is a really good combination for higher Norwoods. A natural hairline to frame the face with a hair piece behind.
  8. The hairline shape looks like a more natural male hairline as far too often with SMP, the hairlines are drawn too linear. Good work.
  9. I think another alternative which I know some people would not be keen on is to transplant the first x amount of cm/inches at a very high density and then wear a hair piece behind that. When I first met Dr Feller, I thought he had a full head of hair until he turned his head sideways to find he was a higher Norwood with a dense transplanted frame to his face.
  10. Your result is incredible Samspade.
  11. Your hair looks great Aftermath and I would save whatever hair you have left in your donor supply for a rainy day. Your hair may/may not thin for example in 10/20 years time so the spare grafts will come in handy
  12. I think a surgeon is far better targeting a smaller area with 4000 grafts on higher Norwood patients instead of trying to spread them over the entire surface area as coverage is just too light in my opinion. I have seen some recommended surgeons do it and I question their reasoning for it. Another, Dr Maras should have just tried to hit the frontal to midsection in one surgery and then target another area with a second surgery and possibly reinforce the first surgery if necessary. A transplanted crown alone can eat up a high percentage of a donor supply and look thin.
  13. Good result Janna. I think everyone wants to see lots of results coming out from the Artas.
  14. Thefringe, Dr Reddy, Dr Lorenzo, Dr Bessam and Nilofer Farjo are recommended in the Uk.
  15. They are both excellent surgeons and I would consult with both. I have had work done by Dr Feller, highly recommend him and he has probably got more results posted (including real patients) than any other surgeon I have seen online.
