    Thanks to all for your responses! I just created my album of before photos, may give a better idea of where I am currently. My expectations are modest. I know my hair has always been fine and thin even as a boy. I just hope to look like I have a close to full head of hair, not necessarily dense. I am currently not on any medications. What is the average cost for meds?

    It's been 10+ years since I've started balding and I am really considering a transplant but wonder if it's possible to get to a good point from where my hairs at now. It's getting a little depressing lately which is why I'm considering it. I'm 36 and have been bald since around 18. I want a life of hair!!
