  1. I have been impressed with the Dr's work. Keep the forum posted with your progress.
  2. Taurusrisen, Every good surgeon will have a small number of unhappy patients relative to happy patients which can be for several reasons. I do believe younger guys with minimal loss can be one of the hardest subsets to completely satisfy.
  3. Good result KR. Rootz, The only people who are going to get the density in the front you are referring to in pictures constantly are people with minimal loss or hairline lowering which may or may not take more than one session. 99% of pictures posted of patient results on here will not have that density and if they appear to - they won't. The large majority are not candidates for it.
  4. I think your hairline looks better before drawing the outline of new the one on - something in between maybe.
  5. The clinic hasn't got the best of reputations.
  6. I would go with Koray too out of the surgeons in Turkey.
  7. His native hair doesn't look solid and looks relatively weak. He might hold onto it with some of it with Finasteride but otherwise in time I would have thought it will weaken.
  8. This is provided that there is 100 percent yield so there would be a further reduction.
  9. Great work Sl. I think he will need more work down the line for future hair loss.
  10. Every Dr has their own approach. Some are more aggressive with hairline closure (young guys tend to like but not always best for them) e.g Rahal, Feriduni so you will need more grafts, some are really conservative like Bernstein and then there are others that fall between the extremes like Lorenzo and Bisanga you mentioned. Some doctors I believe are more efficient users of grafts than others which is important as you ideally you want to get the best result with the least amount of grafts but this is not always possible when you bring in all the different variables. On topic - great result doc.
  11. Crown takes long Gotime. Looks really good.
  12. If your hair stayed as it was as you got older and loss was minimal, I would say go for it. That is just my opinion. I understand why you say that as it would be like the icing on the cake but you also have to remember where you have come from in the past and if it deteriorated, you would be ever so grateful you had that extra allowance to use. One of the biggest problems in hair loss that causes so much anxiety is no one really knows where their baldness will end up and what rate it will progress if it does. All we can go on is the known indicators.
  13. 100 percent leave it as currently is. You don't know where your hair will be in the next 3,5,10, 15, 20 years in the worst case scenario. I understand why the thoughts go through your mind to square off the hairline more and I think if you had more donor left, there would be a stronger argument for it.
  14. Pepperoni, Who performed your previous surgeries? I feel for you - that is shocking.
