    Most clinics recommend waiting at least a year.

    There is no one best surgeon, but doing your research here will lead you to some top surgeons to choose from. H&W is a great choice. You may want to also consider Shapiro Medical Group, Dr. Rahal, and Dr. Konior among others that will be suggested here. These are all great HT clinics. Good luck with your search and decision.

    Congrats......looks great already and this will be "icing on the cake". I am doing my second round in January and opted for FUE for all the same reasons.

    Thanks StaggerLee123. Yes, I had such a good scar, just did not want to risk it. That, plus I have been really impressed with the FUE results from SMG led me to go that route.

    I have used foam for years and it is very easy to apply. I have no issues getting it to cover all of the area needed.

    Well after enjoying my new hair for some time now and having such a positive experience the first time, I have booked round two with Dr. Ron Shapiro at the end of January. I am shooting for about 1500 grafts via FUE. I want to fill in the temple corners some and thicken of a couple of areas.

    I have been taking it for over 2 years now and other than a couple early instances of some groin discomfort early on, have had no side effects. It has helped my hair. Several months ago I started taking it 5 days a week rather than all 7 days just to reduce the amount I take overall a little.

    I have not tried a #1, but i have had a #2 and my scar was not detectable with the #2. I am fairly certain it would not be detectable with a #1, but I don't really want my hair that short.
